Demolishing cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 or richer mix manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material, all leads & lifts.

Demolishing RCC work manually /by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material ,all leads & lifts.

Demolishing mud phaska in terracing and disposal of material including all leads & lifts.

Demolishing brick tile covering in terracing including stacking of serviceable material & disposal of unserviceable material including all leads & lifts.

Engaging Earth excavator 75 H.P. for removal of slips in all kinds of soils, clerarance of side drain and disposal of same outside the periphery of the area cleared by engaging of tractor trolly wherever required ( all inclusive incl. POL) as per the directions of the Engineer-in - Charge.

Making Khurras 45 x 45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 Coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over PVC sheet 1 m x 1m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges, making and finishing the outlet complete incl. all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT/ H.L.

Providing gola 75 x 75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm down gauge) including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design in 75 x 75 mm deep chase incl. all leads, lifts & carriage of material by M.T / H.L.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth incl. all leads and lifts, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. :

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits & the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides & ramming of bottoms , incl. disposal or filling of excavated earth wherever required as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge .

Providing & laying in position cement concrete 1:5:10 (cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) of specified grade excl. the cost of centring & shuttering incl. all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT/ H.L.- All work upto plinth level.
