Hire and labour charges for errecting of temporary pandel with salbulla post and bamboo runner with water proof terpaulin cover, colour cloth ceiling under the pandel, jhalore & facia of coloured cloth in front & sides and covering the post with coloured cloth.

Colour cloth walling on wooden batton frame at the inside and outside of the pandel and for vew cutter etc. including cost of all labour and material complete as per direction of E-I.C.

Hire and labour charges for errection platform with 19 mm thick ply and necessary post bracing runner of suitable section and also providing a star component as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Hire and labour charges for laying synthetic carpet on dias, rest rooms and all over the pandel (double layer for passage).

Supplying on hire basis Plastic Chair including placing and arrange those properly as per direction of E-I.C.

Supplying on hire basis Table with table cloth on dias including placing and arrange those properly as per direction of E-I.C.

Supplying & installing chemical portable toilet including cost of carriage and labour for cleaning, watering as & when required as per direction of E.I.C.

Supplying on hire basis cushioned chair including placing and arrange those properly as per direction of E-I.C.

Hire and labour charges for 100mm dia bamboo railing with 150mm dia Jhau/Eucalyptus bullah post ,1.4 m above G.L. and 0.60 m below G.L. including tying strongly with coir ropes and boring holes for posts in any soil /black top/concrete surface, packing the sides etc. including cost of carriage of all materials and labour complete and maintaining barricading for a period beyond 1(one) day after the reported & recorded time of completion of the entire work to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including restoration to the damages of the ground upto the satisfaction of Engineer-in -Charge after removing the barricade. 100 mm. dia bamboo railing & 150mm. dia Jhau/Eucalyptus posts @ 1.80m apart (i) Railing with 4 rows.

Hire and labour charges for 100 mm dia bamboo railing & 150 mm dia Jhau/Eucalyptus posts each 2.0 m in length, tied 2 number post strongly with coir ropes in the fashion of a scissor with a spacing of 1.8 m over pacca road without damaging the surface and tying strongly 3 (three) rows of bamboo railing on each leg and 1 (one) railing connecting all the top junctions including cost of loading unloading, stacking & carriage of all materials and labour complete and maintaining barricading for a period beyond 1(one) day after the reported & recorded time of completion of the entire work, clearing the site as per direction of Engineer in charge after removing the barricade. 100mm. dia bamboo railing & 150mm.dia Jhau/Eucalyptus/other approved timber posts with 1.8 m spacing. (i) Railing 4 row on each leg and 1 at pivot point.

Hire and labour charges for providing "Drop Gate" with 15 cm dia salbullah of length not less than 8.5 meter including hoisting and fitting fixing with bolts and nuts to vertical posts (100 mm dia : 2 nos on each flank embedded 900 mm below G.L) and jute rope of necessary length etc complete including dismantling and removal as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
