Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc, removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 Sq.mm (nominal area) PVC unsheathed multi strandard copper conductor PVC insulated 1100 volt FRLSH grade multistranded cable drawn through and including PVC casing capping/conduit ISI marked minimum 20mm size and its accessories complete along with 1.5 Sqmm cable but in green color as continuous earthing wire and connecting to common earth dolly completely concealed /surface, in walls/ceiling/roofs with and including 1.2 mm thick MS sheet terminal boxes duly fabricated flush mounting in the wall for mounting switches, switch socket combinations fan regulators etc., as required with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following:-

Supply and fix in repair air termination single pointed aluminium 12 mm dia & 300 mm long to be fixed on GI tube40mm bore, medium grade (lenth to be directed by Engr in Charge) with clamps nuts bolts and washer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note GI tubing will be measured and paid seperately under relevent item of the schedule

Supply and fix in repair air termination single pointed copper 12 mm dia & 300 mm long to be fixed on GI tube40mm bore, medium grade (lenth to be directed by Engr in Charge) with clamps nuts bolts and washer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : GI tubing will be measured and paid seperately under relevent item of the schedule complete as directed .

S&F in repair Porcelain insulators 15 BMD size T type with nut bolts / screws for fixing of copper / aluminium / GI strips on roof/walls etc inculding removal of exiting broken insulator with nut bolts washer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F PCC block of size 6'x6'x6' inch to be fixed on the roof /wall with provision of fixing arragement suitable for copper / aluminium / GI strips to be fixed below T type porcelion insulator inculding removal of existing broken insulator with nut bolts washer all as specified and as directed at site by Engr in charge. Note :- T type insulator and strip will be measured and paid seperately under relevent items of the schedule and cost of material and labour shall be included in that items accordingly.
