Charges for overhauling Caustic lye Pump Labour charges for complete dismantling, Cleaning of pump parts such as pump shaft , shaft coupling ,bearings ,shaft sleeves, impellers and pump casing etc .,and replacement of worn out parts, Assembling the pump , checking alignment and carrying out trial run.
Charges for overhauling blower. Labour charges for complete dismantling, Cleaning of Blower parts such as blower shaft , shaft guard , pulley ,bearings ,blower wheel, housing, inlet bell, inside plate and blower casing etc .,and replacement of worn out parts, Assembling the blower , checking alignment and carrying out trial run.
Charges for replacing of damaged level indicator of caustic lye tank. Labour charges for transferring the caustic lye from the storage tank of 10KL to a temporary storage tank and cleaning the tank and replacing the damaged level indicator with new valves and replacing the damaged pipe lines and check valves in the chlorine leak absorption system.
Labour charges for cleaning the chemical dosing tanks, level indicators and overhauling the agitators and its gearbox, replacing the worn out parts, and replacing the damaged inlet pipe lines with flanges
Charges for painting. charges for two coats of enamel light / smoke grey, black, red green paint including cleaning the surface.
