1. Detail inspection and Dismantling of Crab Trolley at a Height of 7 Mtrs. , including Gears / Wheel, Shafts, Hand Chain Wheels etc.- 01 Job 2. Re-fixing of the dismantled parts after its repair and Tightening of all Bolts & Nuts-01 Job 3. Resetting by re-adjustment of Gear Train, Chain Wheel and Chain of the Crane.- 01 Job 4.Re-setting properly the Control Gear box after servicing complete-01 Job 5. Re-adjustment and servicing of complete Locking system of C.T. Motion / L.T. Motion / Hoisting motions including Geared Coupling system of the crane.-01 Job 6. Removing of old grease and re-greasing of whole crane components and replacing of hydraulic oil of gear- 01 Job 7. Re-programming of VFD drive- 01 Job 8. Supply and fixing of auxiliary transformer having input voltage of 440V and output voltages are 12V, 24V, 110V completely- 01 Nos 9. Replacement of trolly brakes and hoist brakes- 01 Nos 10.
