Excavation for in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m by mechanical means including leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required.All useful material such as stones shungle, aggregate and slates etcetra shall be sorted out and stacked in proper stack. Recovery of stones to the tune of 0.10 cubic meter quantity at the rate of Rs. 300/- only (Rupees three hundred only) per cubic meter shall be effected from the contractor running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him to the extent of damage occurred in all cases.The rate including Royality, Malkana, Octroi, toll tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work, soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseleing or any other mixed variety of soil, de-watering and/or removal of slush and incidentals, lift upto any heights, stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs (Three metres) clear from the edge of excavation and then retuning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimetre)layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc; consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement isto five sand isto ten graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (twenty milimetres ) nominal size and down gauge) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of forms work in foundation and plinth within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement isto Four sand isto Eight graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty milimetres ) nominal size and down gauge) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of forms work in foundation and plinth within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved specification, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimetres) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimetres), so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depths of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in beams cantilevers girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers bressumers and lintels upto all depths within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement : Six sand : Twelve graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty milimetres) nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement: Six sand) complete, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing mild steel/Tor steel grill of required pattern in wooden frames of windows etc.with mild steel flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete fixed to steel windows by welding as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sales tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Govt.

Providing and laying upto first floor two level reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement is to two Sand is to four graded stone aggregate 20mm( Twenty millimeter ) nominal size) curing complete for work to give a smooth and even surface including centring and shuttering etc. but excluding cost of reinforcement Mouldings as in cornices windows, sills etc. not exceeding 15cm ( Fiifteen centimeter) in girth.in complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 ( seven point five) in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:4 ( one cement isto four coarse sand) complete including all taxes and carriage of material, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

15mm (Fifteen milimetres) thick cement plaster in two coat 10mm and finshing coat 5mm thick on rough/fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor levels including arises internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty milimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:4 (One cementis to four sand) within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work, including cutting, fixing, lifting, hoisting and; placing in position complete and applying a coat of red lead paint in gratings framed gaurds, bars, ladders, railing, brackets and similar work, within all leads, lifts of materials and other. Incidentals. as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing & fixing 8 mm thick Calcium Silicate Board made with Calcareous & Siliceous materials reinforced with cellulose fiber manufactured through autoclaving process false ceiling at all height including providing & fixing of framework made of special section, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanised with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleat of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm, at 1200mm c/c, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts,other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25 x10 x0.50mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I chanels 45 x15 x 0.90mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm c/c, to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5mm, at 450mm c/c, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I intermediate channel with connecting clip made out of 2.64mm dia x 230mm long G.I wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.50mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/ partitions with the help of Rawl plugs at 450mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230mm interval, including fixing of Calcium Silicate Board to ceiling section and perimeter channels with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x25mm at 230mm c/c, including jointing & finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compounds, jointing tapes,finishing with jointing compounds in three layers covering up to 150mm on both sides of joints and two coats of primer suitable for boards, all as per manufacture's specification and also including the cost of making opening for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cut outs made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specificaton and direction of the Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing stainless steel payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in- charge.
