Clearing light jungle area, bulb weeds, grass including cutting all un wanted plants, branches, twigs wild growth etc., complete and disposing the same 100 mtr away manually or burning them without distuburiing other areas etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Contractor must be informed to EIC and prior permission shall be obtained from him for burning the wild growth.

Demolishing stone rubble masonry in cement mortar including scaffolding, stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mtr. lead as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All kinds of soil with depth exceeding 1.50 m but not exceeding 3m below from original average ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 200 meters complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Conveying the surplus excavated earth debris , boulders and spoil by mechanical means and depositing at identified placesas dumping yard as per requirement with a lead for 1st 1 kilometer or part thereof including loading ,unloading, breaking clods , levelling all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer - in- Charge. 1) The rates in respect of this Item are applicable for the NET quantities arrived at after making deductions for the voids @20 % in respect of soil and @50% in respect of Rock from the corresponding Stack/ truck measurements.2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the dumping yard and not over approach pathway road complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing gravel base 150mm thick (consolidated thickness) for under floor/plinth beams etc., spreading in uniform layers for filling , breaking clods, watering, rolling, leveling, each layer well rammed and compacting/consolidated by mechanical roller, including the transportation, all tools, tackles, materials, manpower's, machinery, loading and unloading etc., complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MORT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th revision) specifications and as directed by Engineer -In-Charge and conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mmto 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30

Providing and laying Cement Concrete 1:3:6 using 20mm and downgraded size hard granite broken stone in foundations, trenches etc. including necessary form work, ramming, compaction, leveling, mechanical mixing, curing, dewatering, if any, complete all as per drawing , specification and directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and Casting in situ Reinforced Cement Concrete M35 grade at all heights ( Upto 14mtr) using machine crushed hard broken granite stone of maximum size 20mm, curing , mechanical mixing, transporting, placing of lifts vibrating, consolidation etc., as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: minimum cement content is 380kg/Cum.

Supplying, placing in position and removing Formwork for all insitu concrete works including sloped roof and arches etc., as per drawings and specifications, all centering, scaffolding complete and as directed by Engineer -In-Charge. (Measurement for the formwork shall be the area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces).

Providing ,Cutting ,bending placing ,binding steel reinforcement in all reinforced concrete works Fe 500D make TATA , VIZAG, TMT bars including cost of spacer blocks,CM1:2 and binding wire complete as per drawing and specifications complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, Supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position Structural steel members like trusses, purlins, staircase handrails, ladders etc. using MS hollow / circular / square / rectangular tubular sections including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying G.I.coating 100 microns and above by hot dipping , scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note : Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing and laying 230mm brick work with well burnt stock bricks/ fly ash bricks in cement mortar 1:5 at all levels(upto 14 mtr height) inclusive of tools, scaffolding ,raking out joints, curing etc. as per specification and direction of Engineer -in- charge.

Providing and constructing Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6 using hard granite stones obtained from approved quarry with bond stones at 2.00 meters apart for foundation, basement and in superstructures, compound/boundary walls, including size of stones at all levels inclusive of tools, scaffolding ,raking out joints, curing etc. as per specification and direction of Engineer -in- charge.

Providing and flush pointing for R.R. Masonry at up to 3 meter height in C.M (1:3), including scaffolding, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary complete at all lifts all as per specifications as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:4; 12mm thick for RCC/brickwork for internal/ External faces, finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement including scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer -In-Charge.

Providing and laying Indian Patent Stone Flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4; 40mm thick using 10mm and below size hard broken stones. NOTE: The rate shall include dividing strips, consolidating, curing, rubbing the surfaces smooth complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying Weather coat long life 7 premium exterior emulsion with PU silicon of approved brand , shade and colour in two or more coats over a coat of Seal-O-Prime primer to give an even shade on plastered surface of walls, coloumns, parapets, beams , ceilings from inside/out side etc., at all heights, preparation of surface, applying putty, the rate includes filling the cracks with Asian crack seal material, scaffolding, all tools, tackles, materials, manpowers, equipments, machinery etc., all complete as per specification, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and laying of one course of ceramic cool Roof tiles over roof slab / sloped surface of terrace and skirting using tiles of size 300x300mm and 10mm (±1mm) thick of make johnson or thermatek or other approved equivalent make with SRI (solar Reflectance Index)> 78, solar reflection > 0.70 & intial emittance >0.75 laid on 20mm thick bed on cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing admixture including removal of dead motar from roof slab, cleaning the surface, exposing floor & wall function along parapet and column if any, applying SBR based bond coat at floor and wall junction, sealing the floor & wall junction with water proofing motar, laying screed concrete in CC 1:2:4 to form slope and haunch portion along parapet, if any required including laying tiles with required slope as per manufacturer specification, grouting the joints with approved tile grout, etc., all complete as per manufacturer specificaton and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Screed concrete will be paid separately.

Providing and fixing PVC SWR Rain water pipe 110mm outer dia best quality PVC pipes -Type A (Suitable for ventilation work and rain water applications) confirming to IS - 13392 - latest edition, with ISI mark and heavy quality specials such as bends, shoes etc. with ISI mark including fixing to the wall with adequate no. of G.I. clips for rain water down take pipes complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer -In-Charge.

Supplying, laying and jointing the RCC Hume pipe 300 mm dia with collars, IS class NP -2including aligning to proper level and line as directed at site, jointing with Cement Mortar 1:2, curing complete all conforming to IS specifications as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing of Anodised Aluminium (minimum thickness of Anodised 15 micron) sections - (JIndal or equivalent) inclusive of beadings ,clips, louvres,etc as specified or equivalent for aluminium doors / windows / louvres ladder as shown in drawing including all furniture fittings complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Chargeof Engineer-in-Charge. Note : glazing will be paid separately.

Supplying , fitting , fixing in position Poly carbonate solid sheet of superior quality for doors windows, fixed glazing works, at all lifts, including Putty, mastic , neoprene gasket, etc., with all tools, tackles, materials, manpowers, equipments, machinery etc., complete all as per drawing and specifications and as directed by the Engineer. 5mm thick Poly carbonate solid sheet for windows.

Providing and fixing G.I. Chain link fencing conforming to IS 2721 of required width in mesh size 50 x 50mm, made of G.I. wire 3.15mm diameter, strengthening with top, middle & bottom line G.I.wire 4mm dia the rate includes providing 0.75mm thick HGRT Polyvinyl chloride coat of approved colour over 3.15mm & 4.00 mm G.I.wire, including necessary binding wire, and fixing with bolts, nuts and 60mm G.I.Washers etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system(cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup and lock system with M.S tubes, M.S tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding , working platform , walkway wherever required , lighting arrangement etc. and maintaining it in serviceable condition for execution of work of civil reapir/structural repair & rehabilitation /cleaning and /or pointing and/or applying chemical and removing it thereafter . The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracing, runners, connecting with the building etc. wherever required, if feasible, for inspection or work at required locations with essential safety features for the workman etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.
