Supplying and fabricating of reinforcement steel of all diameters for reinforced cement concrete works at all heights and depths including straightening, cleaning,cutting,ending, placing in position and binding, hoisting and welding if any including cost of power, electrodes etc, cost of annealed binding wire (18 gauge), providing overlaps, tying in position and providing necessary cover blocks for all works as per detailed drawings supplied (including chairs, cranks, lap rods, spacer bars, fan hooks etc.,) with the relevant standard specifications, complete for all leads & lifts.

Supply and fixing of Ornamental Design Gate made M.S sections and angles for neccessary vertical and horizontal supports with 10 mm square rods for bracings 20 mm flats for designs etc including all neccessary supports and locking arrangements etc complete

Paving the floor with Vitrified Floor Tiles of size 60 X 60cm of approved brand and colour arbonite tiles in all floors base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm hick using first quality Marbonite tiles of size 60 X 60cm and point with colour cement neatly and fixed in position so as to make perfectly smooth and to alignment etc., complete complying with standard specification

Daddoing the walls with first quality approved colour glazed tiles with printed design of 150X150X6 mm laid in cement mortar 1:2 mix to 10mm thick and painting with white cement using 0.40 kg/1m2 including finishing the jointing and painting flush with tiles surface etc., complete - 10 m2

Floor finish with first quality erocan tiles(exterior) of all colours of size 350mmx350mmx25mm laid in cement mortar 1:3 mix ,20 mm thick using first quality stain resistant tiles and pointing with colour cement neatly and fixed in position to make perfectly smooth and to alignment etc complete with standart specification etc complete

Plastering the exposed surface of RCC works in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) to 10 mm thick using fine river sand including preparation of the new building surface like ceiling, rcc works, waist slabs, sunshades, loft, necessary hogging, scaffolding, hacking, curing & labour charges etc., complete.

Plastering for concrete surfaces using cement mortar 1:5(One part of cement, five parts of sand by volume) thickness 12 mm (average) for all internal/external surfaces for drains etc., finished smoothly to one level including curing etc., complete, at all leads and at all heights

Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals.

UPVC Ventilator Specification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. UPVC Window Specification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. Door Shutters Supplying & fixing door shutters for Solid Core Flush Shutters with teakply on both side with teakwook lipping alround 35mm thick with necessary adhesives and CP screws complying with standard specifications. Supply and fixing of PVC Solid Doors using 19gauge 19mm MS Sq,tubes for styles and frames, 15mm MS Sq.tubes for to, Lock and bottom rails. The Steel Tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick Solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm X 30mm. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm X 30mm.
