DG SET:- Draining out the old engine oil from DG set, cleaning of sump deposits and rectifing leakages if any, by means of welding, brazing and cleaning and servicing of engine complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and filling of new engine oil 10W-30 complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L for Taking down radiator from DG Set of any type /make of capacity 10 to 35 KVA from base mounting , cleaning /descaling by using of air compressor and cleaning with suitable stain removal detergent along with chemical etc and rectifing water leakage by means of welding / brazing, after cleaning , descaling and rectifing of leakage etc. including renewal of all connecting parts i.e radiator hose pipe with clamps , bolts, nuts washers , rubber bush packing materal etc and re-assembling the radiatorand fixing with DG set properly in original position, checking the alignment, making proper hose connecting, testing for smooth operation complete all as directed . Note :- 1. The cost of renewed parts is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by contractor. No extra cost shall be paid to the contractor for the same.
