Overhauling & servicing of window /Split/tower/cassete type Air Conditioners up to 4.0 Ton capacity of any make and carry out of following tasks at different location of different establishment including taking down the AC (if required) from existing location , refixing / commissioning and testing the same after overhauling complete including the following :- (a) Inspection taking down, opening (dismantling) ,washing the condensor and cooling coil complete with water by fixing indoor pvc jacket as required and cleaning with air blower and testing complete (b) Checking / examine operation of condensor, blower motor, cooling coil and checking the air circulation to ensure complete movement of working part trouble free (c) Inspection of leakage in system and removal obstruction if any (d) Inspecting all electrical connection and remove if any defects (e) Top up Refrigerent gas if required. Note: Replacement of new parts/worn out parts in lieu of unserviceable/burn out part shall be measured and paid separately as supply only items of sch A.

Removing the burnt/defective sealed compressor unit any type of any make from Air Conditioner window type up to 2.0 ton capacity by cutting of suction and discharge lines unscrewing the foundation nuts & bolts etc, supply and fixing of new sealed compressor unit of suitable make as existing by connecting suction and discharge lines with filling of refrigerant gas (in quoted rate), welding/brazing work and tightening foundation nuts & bolts including etc all as directed. Note:- (a) Capillary, drier, copper tubing etc are inclusive in unit rate. (b) New compressors will be purchased from authorised dealer only.

Repair to Air conditioner Window/Split type upto 2.0 ton to capacity by testing the leakage in system by filling of Nitrogen gas upto suitable pressure and repairing of leakage with brazing work, cleaning and flushing out the complete system, replacing of drier/filter if required, making the complete system leak proof, vacuuming the system and charging Refrigernt gas (M410a/R134a/R-22) as existing and testing etc complete all as specified & directed. Note :(a) Drier/filter, capillary and copper tubing are inclusive in unit rate.(b) Contractor should be responsible if leakage of refrigerent gas after repair on completing job and done same job without extra payment.

Repair to Air conditioner Split type 3.0 ton to 4.0 ton capacity by testing the leakage in system by filling of Nitrogen gas upto suitable pressure and repairing of leakage with brazing work, cleaning and flushing out the complete system, replacing of drier/filter if required, making the complete system leak proof, vacuuming the system and charging Refrigernt gas (M410a/R32/R-22) as existing and testing etc complete all as specified & directed. Note :(a) Drier/filter, capillary and copper tubing are inclusive in unit rate.

M&L for opening of the automatic voltage stabilizer capacity up to 8 KVA for repair detection of fault and its repair cleaning of serviceable parts, replacement/repair of unserviceable or worn out parts soldering of terminal connection and testing after repair, painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint externally all as specified . Note : (a) Replacement of new parts/worn out parts in lieu of unserviceable/burn out part shall be measured and paid separately as supply only and minor spare are including in quoted rate.

M&L for Shifting and refixing of split type AC (Indoor and Outdoor units) of any make and any type after servicing and charging of gas (M410a/R134a/R-22/r32) by testing the leakage in system by filling of Nitrogen gas upto 300 PSIG and repairing of leaking spot/joints with gas welding work, cleaning and flushing out the complete system with gas, supply and replacing of drier/filter, making the complete system leak proof, vacuuming the system as existing and testing etc complete all as specified & directed. Note :(a) Dismantling and refixing of split AC are including in quoted rate. (b)Drier capillary,copper tubing,refrigernt gas,Insulation and LDPE pipe are inclusive in quoted rate.(c) making hole and filling the hole on wall with PCC (1:2:4) type BO (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregade, 15mm thick rendereing in cement mortar (1:3) good the disturbed surface with existing colour matching are inclusive in quoted rate.

M&L for Shifting and refixing of window AC of any make and any type after servicing and charging of gas (M410a/R134a/R-22/R32) by testing the leakage in system by filling of Nitrogen gas upto 300 PSIG and repairing of leaking spot/joints with gas welding work, cleaning and flushing out the complete system with gas, supply and replacing of drier/filter, making the complete system leak proof, vacuuming the system as existing and testing etc complete all as specified & directed. M&L for attending day to day complaints and rectifying faults like decarbonizing connections in the AC Box, , any burning due to over loading in AC and restoring connection of AC with wire or thimbles,attending and rectifying faults related to AC like drain water leakage ,filter cleanig,remote setting etc and related to stabilizers (5 to 8 KVA) incl Sunday & Holidays complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Cgarge. Note : (i) All T&P required shall be provided by contractor including ladders of any size as per requirement at site. (iii) Minor items like machine screw, plastic clamps, insulation tape, nails, flexible pipe, thimbles, lugs for contactor, etc shall deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iv) The major items replaced during repairs shall be measured and paid under respective items of Sch 'A'.

Removing defective window AC and S&F New window AC of capacity 2.0 ton .

M&L for removing defective outdoor unit and replacing the same for split air conditioner of capacity 1.5/2 Ton complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing defective indoor unit and replacing the same for split air conditioner of capacity 1.5/2 Ton with remote complete all as specified and directed.

Carrying out earth resistence test with digital earth resistence tester at various location in Airforce station Bamrauli,taking reading & noting down in register in the presence of user including tightening of nuts bolts,pouring of water in earth pit to reduce the resitivity of the soil,cleaning around the earth pit,proper checking of earth continuty conductor,replacement of epoxy based insulator,aluminium strip,copper strip,GI strip, pouring of chemical to enhace the conductivity of the soil. Note- (i) Material used in repair/maint of earthing will be measured & Paid saperately Like Nutsbolts, insulator, strip, chemical. (ii) Earth record register to be provided by contractor. (iii) Testing to be carried out by skilled electrician. (iv) Earth result to be written with synthatic enamel paint on display board near earth pit. (v) Earth record register to be produced before Engr-In-Charge for checking at regular interval. (vi) Required T&P will be provided by contractor for carrying out earth resistence test.

Supply and lay 16 sqmm single core multistranded, PVC insulated copper conductor cable as earth continuty from strip to highly sensitive equipment which reqire zero voltage in neutral to earth.

S&F down conductor ISI marked 35 Sq mm PVC insulated copper flexible wire including both end termination, suitable size cable clamps, copper thimbles, nuts bolts etc. Test point to the Earth pit terminal.

M&L for porcelain vitreous white seperators and fixing screws etc. to be refixing alongwith the pole and wall with existing copper strip all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Tripod Chemical Earthing (i.e Three chemical earthing are individually connected in Delta form through copper strip) which include : (i) Three Nos 3000 mm long 50 mm dia copper bonded rod with top removal compound filling cap, seeppage holes, stainless steel fasteners, HDPE Lockable earth pit cover cum inspection chamber along with 150 Kg of Earth Enhancement Back fill compound including digging of pits. (ii) Copper earthing strip 25x3mm for interconnection of all thre pits along with GI light grade protection pipe 32 mm dia of all three pits along with necessary clamps, nut bolts and brazing work. (iii) Any other accessories including design modifications, to achieve the required earth termination rod resistance value below 1 ohms or as per the OEM / International Standard recommendation. Complete all as specified and directed

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60 cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron wire 4mm dia as earth lead wire by means of brazing of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3, MES SSR Part I- 2009 with 15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe as a protection to earthing lead and 20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering purpose including excavation & earth work in any type of soil, funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit with cover, cast iron frame complete and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Complete all as specified and directed. Notes (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC with suitable Mild steel handle in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (ii) PCC pit shall be provide at least 500 mm away from the earth pit and not on just on the eath pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings junction etc shall be deemed to be included in the rate. (iii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre earth lead wire and GI pipe for protection of earth wire. Any varriation in quantity shall be adjusted in respective items.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60cm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers etc and connected to and including GI strip of 25 x 6mm size up to 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected by light grade 40mm dia 5 mtr long GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering making necessary zigzag holes for water spreading and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover 50mm thick and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion all as specified and as directed and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009. Note : Earth strip beyond 7.5 mtr will be measrued and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.
