Provision of Detailed Project Report for Central Heating System at MH Drugmulla, with the following works submitted in sextriplicate (6 copies) and soft copies 1.1 Calculation of Heat Requirement at various rooms/ wards/ buildings at MH Drugmulla and Heat loss/ gain through walls, windows, ceiling, floor, equipment, human load and through CHS pipeline. All calculation will be delivered in spreadsheet with formulas for future reference by the executives 1.2 Design of complete CHS, including Boilers, pipes (length, diameter, material, insulation, etc.,.), FCUs and radiators, Tanks, pumps and mechanical supports, mechanical and plumbing accessories and any other accessory required for complete operation of the CHS (excluding electric supply, wall and ceiling insulation, building for CHS and generatos), including their specification range and requirement (using design calculation). The design shall be in accordance with ASHRAE and ISHARE standards and compliances with maintainence friendly and modular design. The design should incorporate capability for future addition of central air conditioning also, without much change in plumbing and internal FCUs/ radiators. Radiators are required at Operation theatres. The design shall incorporate the terrain of the location and shall accomadate for walls and any mechanical supports that may be required. 1.3 The CHS shall be so designed as to be easy for dismantling and reusing (maximum parts) in the planned future KLP of MH. Minimum wastage of stores shall take place 1.4 The DPR will also incorporate consultancy of upto four visits and resultant consultant data during the execution of the project and any minor issue arising during the execution of the project. The payment for the DPR shall however be made before such visits arise. 1.5 A complete BOQ will be prepared with MES SSR (with market variation), where applicable and where not, using market rates with proper pricelists/ quotations as supporting documents (where items are not in SSR).

1.6 A detailed schematic coloured diagram for the CHS, including Boiler locations, Radiator/ FCU locations, Pump locations, pipeline scheme incorporating all other essential accessories shall form part of the DPR. 1.7 The DPR shall be presented for corrections/ additions/ alterations before the executives and the final Engineer Authority Executing the CHS and a presentation given for the same, before finalisation of the DPR, all suggestions and corrections duly considered. 1.8 The complete hard copy and soft copy stationery will be the part of the contract. Soft copy will be both e-mailed and provided in DVDs (Two copies) and hard copy will be provided in minimum of quadruplicate. 1.9 The DPR shall also have a recommendation of a chiller unit (type and capacity only) for future additions/ expansion of the planned CHS
