Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all arches, quoins, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as speicified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of posts or struts (Wood, Steel or RCC), any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground (posts embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry work, etc.) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement/FRP/galvalume sheets (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc) sheets including ridges in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of tiles/stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, foundation filling in mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel, etc for drain and similar works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching, coping etc for drain and similar works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete as in boundary pillars and post etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC type B-0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitered/stopped ends complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 13.00 here-in-before but add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part there of over or under 30cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks in CM 1:4, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for struck pointing to squared rubble masonary, cousred or uncoursed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick works or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length and bent to shape as required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade including 50mm thick stone dust layed in floors or paving etc spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 21.00 here-in-before but 80mm thickness, M-40 grade complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old paver blocks any shape, size and thickness from the existing surface and refixing at the same place after leveling the ground by using sand for maintaing camber and slope complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L for endura joint free colour tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match shade of tiles over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for johnson endura series industrial series colour tiles 15 to 20 mm thick (square/rectangular) for outdoor area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match shade of tiles over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

As per item No. 26.00 here-in-before but on vertical surfaces as skirting with 10 mm thick sreed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire mesh, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riviting etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n.exc 5 cm long (diameter of neck in 11 to 15 mm) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type including dismantling of old rusted/broken fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing of chain link MS galvanised fencing coated with PVC any mesh, size and any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply chain link MS galvanised fencing coated with PVC any mesh, size and any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or buying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line wire to be measured) including dismantling old rusted/broken wires complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes )in hard or dence soi,l each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance nexc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel hold fast conforming to Fe-290-Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of framed work such as grills, gratings, steel gate, purlin etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riverted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders, framed balusters; walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of wall including brooming, scrapping down and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation on new surfaces plastered wall and applied two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removal of old decorated surface of wall and applying one coat of exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint white/coloured over one coat of white cement based putty complete all as specified and directed. Note : Putty shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for 3mm thick white cement putty on walls/ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2 mm fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with L type or J type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with L or J type hook 6 to 8mm dia with bitumineous washers etc to protect of seapage and leakage complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 47.00 here-in-before but 0.50mm thick, plain sheeting in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild 1.60 mm mild steel, plain black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar 300 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of 110 mm bore, PVC(SWR) pipes double socketed in any length with rubber rings joints laid in fixed to walls/laid in trenches including clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 110mm bore, PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber rings joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and direced.

S&F of 110mm PVC(SWR) bend complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick sand stone slabs in foothpath, sunshades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones, templates, etc, n exc. 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in lime mortar 1:3 or cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite 18-20 mm thick (of any colour/type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills cooking plateform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite including grinding, moulding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dholpur stone with hammer dressed facework (with maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 20mm), about 40mm high, 75mm deep in straight courses, laid and pointed in cement and stone dust mortar 1:3, recess pointed (10mm x 20mm) with an admixture of white cement and dholpur stone dust 1:1 with admixture of pigment to match with shade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of dholpur stone cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size exceeding 0.5 Sqm area fixed with and including one number SS clamps (grade -202) of flat-30mm X 2mm, 150mm long made to shape in each slab, making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener, polishing, rubbing and including silicon treatment also with admixture of pigment to match with shade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone slab 25mm to 35mm thick dressed true and square, in one length not less than 60 cm and n.exc 120 cm in copings, window cill, chajjas, sunshades, etc., punched dressed on exposed faces and self faced on the embedded unexposed beds and joints; exposed edges rounded or chamfered, set, jointed and pointed in mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 35mm thick (measured solid), using 1:2:4 type B0 including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area in exc 100 Sq.cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete kerb stones/apex stones etc in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material from site nexc 50 m and depositing where as directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Schedule of credit (calculation will be done off line) Rs. 25995.00
