Illumination: Digitally controlled LED light sources for transmitted & fluorescent light applications with greater durability (≥50,000 hrs lifespan). Should include fluorescent LED light sources with hard coated bandpass optical filters compatible for DAPI, RFP and GFP fluorophores. Condenser: Should have brightfield and three phase contrast annuli compatible upto 40X magnification. Working distance ≥ 70 mm.
Stage: Manual stage control with a fixed stage of 7×9 in dimension. Should include mechanical X-Y stage attachment having travel range 180 mm × 220 mm with submicron resolution, stage plate for placing respective sample vessel
Camera: Should have an integrated high sensitivity color CMOS camera ≥3 MP resolution and ≥3.45 µm pixel size
Display: Should have an integrated high resolution color touch screen LCD display ≥10 inch for image review and analysis
Interface & Storage: USB interfaces, video output, Wi-Fi connectivity. Should have 100 GB or above internal SSD memory, external USB memory, network storage capabilities
Software features:

Captures publication quality images in JPEG/TIFF/PNG formats
