Supply and fixing steel tubular pole, swaged, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washer and screws including painting with two coats of aluminium paints over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to portion embedded in PCC including numbering of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paints, type 410-SP-22 (8.5 meter long) including taking down old unserviceable pole complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earthwork and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply and fixing in repairs mild steel galvanised stay assembly set complete comprising of 14mm dia, 400mm long stay bow, 1800 mm long stay rod 20mm dia, 300mm x 300mm x 6mm stay plate, thimble, GI stay wire of 7/8 SWG upto required length including loop type insulator of vitreous porcelain, small size with overall dimensions 90x140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm, all as shown in electrical plate No.1 of MES Schedule part-I 2009 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as directed including two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and stringing in repair ACSR conductor of any size for LT over head line as directed including fixing to insulators with proper size of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 4 here-in-before but GI wire 4 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning around any E/M installations/ pole structures including removing all grass, creepers and other vegetations with roots on soil, hard standing and on chain link fencing complete all as directed and removing the rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed.

Cutting and trimming of branches n.exc 50 mm dia in size obstructing lumination of street light and touching line of LT and HT line complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair digital voltmeter, ranging from 0 to 500 Volts, including providing necessary electrical connections (to accommodate in panel board) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair digital ammeter, ranging from 0 to 400 Amps (with CT of suitable ratio), including providing necessary electrical connections (to accommodate in panel board) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Indicator Lamps (LED type) including providing necessary electrical connections (to accommodate in panel board) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dehydration & filtration of voltage stabilizer/isolation transformer oil by dehydration plant (bringing plant at site) including testing of sample before and after dehydration and filtration to achieve 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The filtration of the voltage stabilizer/isolation transformer oil shall be carried out at different locations of the AF Stn Chabua. (ii) The report before filtration & after filtration to be submitted by contractor. (iii) Oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately. (iv) Centrifuging Machine with all T&P & testing equipment required for dehydration to be arranged by contractor.

Supply & toping up of new voltage stabilizer/isolation transformer oil (in sealed barrel) conforming to IS 335 std having dielectric strength 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap after initial dehydration complete all as specified.

Dismantling and taking out old worn out reversible synchronous motor ( servo motor) from the voltage stabilizer and supply and fix reversible servo motor single phase 230 Volts capacity and testing all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old worn out I C electronic control card from the voltage stabilizer up to 250 KVA and supply and fix I C electronic control card and testing all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out defected PCB from the voltage stabilizer and reinstalling the I C electronic control card after repair complete and testing all as specified and directed.

Re-stringing Over Head Line ACSR Conductor and earth wire of any size and type on LT poles including disconnection on Existing Lines by un-binding at Each Pin/Shackle Type Insulator, re-fixing the same after stretching Conductor, removing excess Sag, maintaining proper distance between Conductors adjusting line dividers etc and cutting trimming of tree branches upto 2 mtr clear distance from wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying & testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable with stranded aluminum conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, sleeving through pipes or fixed on poles & walls or laid under floors including jointing with suitable size aluminum lugs including taking down of old unserviceable cable complete of size 240 Sqmm nominal cross section 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing steel tubes, galvanised, light grade, ISI marked 40mm bore for protection of cable under floor, road and on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing steel tubes, galvanised, light grade, ISI marked 50mm bore for protection of cable under floor, road and on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in copings to poles & the like etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding 433 Volts LV coils of voltage stabilizer/isolation transformer of using proper size super enameled copper wire suitable for working voltage 1.1 KV/11 KV including three layer insulated material as per existing size of core including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i). Oil filtration, supply of new oil will be measured separately. (ii). All petty parts including nut, bolts, gasket minor welding are deemed to be included the rate quoted. (iii). The rate for taking out, refixing after repair, both side transportation, lifting /unloading of voltage stabilizer/ isolation transformer by crane/manual should be deemed to include in the rate quoted.

S&F in replacement Pin Type Porcelain, Vitreous, Brown Insulator including one Galvanised Mild Steel Spindle, Two Galvanised Iron Washers and one Galvanised Iron Nut, 100mm Height, 65mm dia for 1100 Volt grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement shackle type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green Small size, with overall dimensions 50x65mm, clearance of hole 9mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate electrode at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level and including GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate electrode at one end and connected to metallic bodies of HT/LT equipments etc at the other end, earth strip encased in and including 50 mm bore GI medium grade pipe with all fittings from top of earth plate electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 25x 6mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers and including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from Bottom of concrete pit to top of earth plate electrode complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I. The scope of work includes necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removal of soil upto 50 metre, PCC pit with precast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel, CI frame etc including taking down old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES:- (i)The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I shall be provided. Reinforcement in RCC cover shall be of 8mm dia TMT bars laid @150mm c/c both ways (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth strip. Any variation in length shall be measured and paid through deviation order. (iii) Item includes cost of 7.5 metre earth strips. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (iv) Earth plate electrode shall be surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides.

M&L for dismantling the cable connections of four pole/three pole Air circuit breaker of capacity 630 to 1250 Amps, 415 V 50 HZ of any make, strip opening the Air circuit breaker, inspecting the parts for serviceability/overhauling complete and carrying out the following repairs/maintenance:- (a) Cleaning the insulation parts including bushings with CTC solution. (b) Checking the alignment and condition of movable and stationary contacts and adjust them all as per manufacturer's instructional manual. (c) Check the bolts, nuts, washers, cotter pins and all terminal connections are in place and tights. Replace the worn-out parts. (d) Check arching for damage . (e) Clean and lubricate the operating mechanism with a light machine oil for pins and bearings and with a non-hardening grease for the wearing surfaces . Adjust breaker operating mechanism all as per manufacturer's instructional manual . (f) Checking / inspecting shunt trip coil for serviceability and replacing the same if required. (g) Checking control device free for operation. (h) Check after servicing the circuit breaker to verify the contacts move to the fully opened and fully closed positions, that there is an absence of friction and that the electrical operation is functional Note:- (i) The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of T&P and minor spares like lubricants, nuts/bolts/washers/pins etc. (ii) Major spares like Shunt release & trip coil etc will be measured & paid separately under relevant schedule items shall be OEM makes.

M&L for recharging of earthing by filling of magnesium sulphate, 100% water soluble fertilizer type in earthing pits complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Recharging materials shall be soluble in water and to be filled/poured in earth pits after mixing in water in appropriate quantity.

Note:- (i) Any addition/alteration required for fixing parts included in the quoted rate in the items. (ii) All consumable items such as thimbles, lugs, control wire up to 10 mtr is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
