Supplying and stacking at site. 63 mm to 45 mm size stone aggregate
Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density .
Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-25 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture using screed board vibrator, vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints ( 10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking grass paver blocks of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved make,size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The basic rate of paver blocks is considered as Rs 1000/- per sqm)
Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed and pointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment).
Coursed rubble masonry (second sort) with hard stone in foundation & plinth with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand
Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 5.0 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

PART B - CREDIT ITEMS
Removing and taking away the existing dressed stone slabs of any thickness and size laid in the area manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Note:The area of stone slabs as laid on the ground shall be measured before dismantling and paid)
Dismantling and taking away the existing AC sheets from the roof surface of any thickness away from the factory premises including AC ridges gutters etc complete
Dismantling and taking away of existing steel work in built up sections of columns and trusses like MS tubes, angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.(Note: The actual weight of steel items as dismantled and weighed at weigh bridge shall be measured for payment.
Dismantling and taking away of existing MS chain link fencing of any gauge or thickness along with angle iron poles/ built up sections, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.(Note: The actual area of chainlink mesh as dismantled shall be measured for payment).
PART C - ELECTRICAL WORK
Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe as required. Upto 35 sq. Mm
Supplying of XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, copper conductor, 2XFY, 1.1KV grade LT cable of size 4 core - 16 sqmm Make: Finolex / Unistar/CCI/Havells/KEI
Supplying and making end termination with double compression gland and copper lugs for 4Cx16 Sq.mm of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Releasing of the existing switch boards/ MCBDBs of all sizes containing switches/ sockets/MCBs etc., after disconnecting the electrical connections from it, segregation, transportation and returning the same to stores as directed.
Releasing of any type of flourescent/bay light fittings along with all accessories from the ceiling / wall etc., from various location by disconnecting the supply and sealing cable ends and transporting the same to stores, handing over/ stacking in stores as directed.
Releasing of aluminium / copper armoured power cables size up to 50sqmm from existing duct/ pipe /condiute pipe / trench along with accessories, coiling the released cables and returning the same to stores along with all the accessories as directed.
Releasing of post top lamp /pole/camera pole/ street light pole / light fittings along with all accessories from the exsiting place, by disconnecting the supply and sealing cable ends and transporting the same to stores, handing over/ stacking in stores as directed.
Fabrication, supply, testing & commissioning of Outdoor Distribution Panel -1 of cubicle and extensible type front access, having Bus-bars and bottom Cable entry, for both Incoming and Outgoing side. The panel shall be of modular type, floor/ pedestal mounting free standing, vermin proof, IP-65 grade for out door application, made out of CRCA sheet steel of 1.6mm thickness for body and 2.0mm thickness doors and 3.0 mm thickness for glad paltes. All the panel shall be painted with electro static powder coating paint of shade RAL-7032. The incoming, outgoing MCBs,control timer & Bus-bars are as required and as per SLD.
