20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in 15 mm thick backing coat cement mortar (1:4) including pointing ,mouldging the edges in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified.

Steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay, lugs as in hold fast with locking arrangements, complete all as specified and directed.

Tubular towel rail, 20mm dia D type 60cm long between flanges of brass chromium plated, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of the existing surfaces treatment including roughing and prepration surfaces of old concrete floor by picking , scurubbing down with steel brushes ,sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc.and applying the following treatment complete all as specified (a) 15 thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or cement surfaces in cm 1:4 mixed with water proofing admixture by weight of cement to sunken portion including wall of sunken portion with proper slope towards outside and finishing cement concrete or brick work surface even and smooth using extra cement finishing concrete including walls of sunken portion with proper slope all as specified. NOTE :- W P admixture shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Applying Ist course of bitumenous primer @ 0.4 ltr /sqm conforming to IS-3384 over plastered surface. (c) Applying 2nd course of a coat of bonding material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to working temperature and applied @ 1.2 kg/sqm. .contd to item No-55.01

(d)Applying 3rd course of APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric 3mm thick weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm with 160 Grams/sqm non woven polyster made at center core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm overlap. The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat . (e)Applying 4th course of a coat of bonding material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to a working temperature and applied @ 1.2 kg/sqm .

PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates ) in any thickness as in padding on roof slab for levelling the surface of roof slab finished fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water tank three layer (cylindrical vertical closed top) hoisted and fixed in position capacity of tank 500 ltrs including dismantling of existing tank of any description and S&F 20 mm ball PTMT Ball valve high pressure with epoxy coated aluminum rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe, complete all as specified.
