O and M of Gumma Power House

Repair and re-conditioning of eroded portion of runner of machine No 1 &-II of 1.50 ×2 = 3.00 MW of Gumma Power House under RE Division HPSEBL, Chirgaon The job Consists of following Works:- Dismantling and Repairing of 2 nos runners (As per drawing ) with S.S welding rods with approximately 13 % chromium and 4 % nickel I,e AWSE410NiMo for welding the eroded blades and surface with machining, Dynamically balancing of runner. Re-assembling of the runner . Dynamically balancing certificate of runner 1500 RPM should be submitted to this office . Packaging of all dismantled parts and loading of material , transportation of material, inspection of work at site , unloading of material, transit insurance of material from site ( Gamma Power House ) to the Works of bidder and back to the Power House

Providing and fixing of Exhaust fans 4 Nos including power supply installation , Testing and with all necessary mounting Frames, hardware, Electrical connection And associated accessories with suitable Provisions of a Distribution box complete In all respect .
