Shifting and positioning of one No. 100 Ton Capacity Pontoon from Phoenix Bay Harbour Complex to RGWS Complex,Aberdeen Jetty to facilitate tourist vessels plying between Aberdeen jetty and Subhas Chandra Bose Island at Sri Vijaya Puram, AN Islands.

Shifting of one number 100Ton cap. Steel pontoon (size: 20Mx9Mx2M) from Phoenix Bay Harbour Complex (by manually clearing all fishing boats and other barges carefully without damaging any adjecent boats/ barges etc stationed at Phoniex bay berthing Stage-II and knuckle portion of jetty ) to Aberdeen Jetty (RGWS) complex and anchoring /positioning safely at the location as specified by IP&T/PMB/ALHW, with the C.C anchor blocks & M.S anchors, 25 mm dia wire rope (minimum 150 mtr), 16 mm dia GI chain (minimum 200 mtr) at all four corners and diagonally and tying with existing bollard block with 25 mm dia P.P.rope as directed by the EIC, including the towing charges along with all the required accessories, 25 mm dia wire rope, wire grips, GI chain, D shackles (minimum 40 Nos) and all other required materials etc. complete, completing all port formalities, all labour charges, transit insurance, all taxes and duties, GST, Port dues, minor tools and plants etc., but excluding cost of PP ropes (for tying of pontoon with bollard), CC anchor blocks, MS anchors which will be supplied by the department.

Collection of materials required such as C.C. Anchor blocks ( 0.500 to 1.00 Ton) and M.S Anchors (125Kg) etc. 4 Nos each from the ALHW Cell Complex, Phoneix Bay as per the requirement in connnection with pontoon jetty anchoring arrangement and other miscellanous works, including the cost of loading & unloading, transportation and placing at suitable location as per the direction of EIC, all labour charges, etc. complete.
