Supply and fix 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 150mm x 100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and placed/laid in position, binding and jointing edges with 4mm dia galvanised steel wire to form complete mattresses including closing after filling complete all as specified and directed. Notes : 1. The mattresses shall be formed by looping the wires at each intersection. 2. Stone, boulder or other filling shall be measured and paid for separately. 3. Rates are inclucive of temporary mild steel formwork to support gabion mesh from bulging out during filling boulders

Material and labour for Boulder filling dry, handpacked tightly, as in wire crate apron bunds (Wire crate measured separately) complete all as specified and directed. Note :Wire crate shall be measured and paid for separately.

S&F for 200mm dia perforated MS pipe encased in non-waven geo textile sheet complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Non woven geo textile sheet to be measured separately.

Supplying and fixing/laying/wrapping of non woven Geo textiles sheet with rawl plug and screws using cup washers or other necessary accessories on retaining wall/Gabion wall or wrapped on slotted drainage pipe for planer drainage, including overlapping, realized by thermos binding a draining core in extruded monofilaments with filtering that may also be working as separation or protecting layers drainage commposite, betwen two different fills, alongside drains of roads, below concrete lining of canals etc. The draining three dimensional core will have a 'W' configuration as longitudinal paralled cannels with two filtering UV stabilized Polypropylene non woven Geo textile of minimum thickness of 0.75mm characteristic opening size (090) of 110 micron and tensile strength of 8 KN/M that will be working as separation or protecting layer, Geocomposite having in plane flow capacity of 2.10 Ltr (m.s) at hydraulic gradient of 1.0 and 20 Kpa pressure and tensile strength of 18 KN/M, with mass per unit area of 740 GSM, supplied in the form of roll for easy transportation to site of work as per detailed specification complete all as directed and shown in drawings.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including quions, arches, pillers etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and disposing off the rubbish materials as directed by Engineer-in -charge complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) / bituminous surface in ground floors and pavings of retaining wall not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing off the rubbish materials as directed by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, built in CM (1:4) as in retaining wall, parapet, steps complete all as specified and directed.(Note : Volume occupied by PCC bond stone shall not be measured against this item. Volume occupied by PCC bond stone shall be measured under respective of BOQ.)

All as per item No 13 above but except stone complete all as specified and directed.

Precast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bond stones set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping to retaining walls/steps/parapets / base of railing post etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for broken stones or boulder filling hard packing (any thickness) at back of wall over arches etc and raising (or lowering) to the required level complete all as specified and directed.

PVC pipes 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes as in weep holes ,embedded properly in masonry while construction complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses ( hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 20mm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing in cement mortar 1:4 to brick or stone masonary wall complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled,macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n exc 400 sqm exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating road formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power road roller, watering as necessary including filling in hollows and depressions and consolidating to the required level, gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for laying and compacting 150mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base (GSB) grading as per Grading II of Table 400-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 in a single layer over compacted sub grade consisting of natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag, or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the sub grade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of at least 98 % of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing, Laying, compaction of Wet Mix Macadam conforming to Clause 406 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision) , 250 mm thick (compacted thickness,125 mm thick in two separate layers) with mechanically crushed graded stone aggregates and granular material (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ), grading of aggregates as per Table 400-13 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision) ,including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density , required gradient and camber etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTES: 1. The WMM shall be laid in two layers i.e each layer of 125 mm thick (compacted thickness). 2. For payment purpose,both layers shall be considered as one unit.

Preparation of un-surfaced water mixed macadam (WMM) surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud ,dust, loose material, foreign material etc., sweeping with power brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressors to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming coat on un-surfaced wet mix macadam surfaces conforming to Clause 502 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (Fifth Revision), with cationic bituminous emulsion SS1 grade,confirming to IS 8887(latest edition) @ 7.5 kg per 10 sq metres using primer distributor which shall be self-propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 Kg/sqm on bitumen surface as specificationin Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridges works 2013, using mechinical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, scaked mud ,dust, loose material, foreign material etc., sweeping with power brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressors to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying cationic bituminous emulsion RS1 grade,confirming to IS 8887(latest edition) @ 2.5 kg per 10 sq metres using primer distributor which shall be self-propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) Bituminous Concrete (BC) layer conforming to clause 507 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge work (Fifth Revision) including cost of coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, filler, 5.5% binder (paving Bitumen grade VG-30) content by weight of total mix and crushed aggregates of grading 2, Anti Stripping Agent, Warm Mix Additives (quantity, quality and grade as per the approved Job Mix Formula) etc, cleaning and pre-heating of the mineral aggregate, filler & bitumen to the specific temperature, thoroughly mixing with binder of specified bitumen content, Anti Stripping Agent, Warm Mix Additives as per mix design in Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity, carrying the hot mixed materials by means of tipper, trucks, or any other approved and suitable arrangements, laying the hot premixed materials over the prepared surface by means of paver finisher including manual operation as and when required for proper grade, level and camber thorough rolling with power roller 8 to 12 tonnes smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller with necessary hand packing and pinning to give an even surface, including running expense of all plants and machineries, inclusive of proper traffic control during laying to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, required quality control tests at required interval etc complete in all respects complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES : (i) The contractor shall quote the rate against Item considering 5.5% VG-30 bitumen content. Job mix formula as per clause No 505.3.3 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge work (Fifth Revision) for bituminous concrete shall be got designed from NIT/ CTL/ Govt Engg College and shall be got approved from GE in writing well before commencement of work without any financial effect to the department. Also the bitumen content shall not be less 5.4% by weight of total mix as per clause 507.2.5 of MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision). (ii)The cost of materials, transportation, Job mix formula from lab and testing charges for various tests as required are included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) Cost of filler i.e rock dust, hydrated lime or cement is deemed to be included in unit rate. (iv) If qty of binder contents is less than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ, it shall be adjusted at supply only rates of paving bitumen @ Rs 55.00 Per Kg and if qty of binder contents is more than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ no adjustment shall be made. (v) After spreading of mix as per clause 507.4.7 of MoRT&H specifications entire surface during the operation shall be rolled with road roller 8-10 tonnes (smooth wheeled) followed with vibratory road roller of 8 -10 tonnes static weight, followed by finish rolling with 6 to 8 tonnes smoooth wheeled tandem roller as per clause No 507.4.8 of MoRT&H specifications (Fifth Revision) and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

50mm thick Premix bituminous macadam (BM) using 3.5% binder content using paving bitumen (VG-30) by wt of total mix using hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using vibromax power roller of capacity 8 to 12 Tonne complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Bituminous macadam shall be laid using self propelled hydrastatic paver finisher. (ii) Preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting in tipper.

Cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions complete all as per specified and directed.

Preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with white/yellow hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with 20% of glass beads (intermixed) by special applicator machine (automatic mechnical engine driven machine) all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface in hard/ dense soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description any position not otherwise provided complete all as specified and directed.

Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc ; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations,filling and mass concerete etc including demolition of old cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing off the rubbish materials) complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in in foundation filling and mass etc including demolition of old cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing off the rubbish materials) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, fixed in chainlinkfencing including necessary welding work all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc,complete all as specified.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed screwed bothe ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm exc 5 cm and n exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed

S&F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed each line wire to measured) complete all as specified and directed

Supply only chain link fencing mild steel galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and directed

M/L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone agg as in coping to retaining walls/steps/parapet /base of railing post etc including necessary formwork and forming construction joint at 3.00m interval and expansion joint at 10 m interval etc complete all as specified.

M&L cement concrete in surface channels and drain type C-1 1:3:6 (20mm aggregate) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement, including forms moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in landing cover slab for drain, manholes , septic tank set in cement mortor ( 1:6) including necessary form work complete (Reinforcement shall be measured separately) including demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including crancking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.5mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to deformed or twisted bars complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on other than fair faces of stone or brick surfaces incl finishing surface with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed
