12 mm cement plaster of mix. (4). 1 : 6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) [New HSR 11.5.4]

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1 :4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)(New HSR 11.6.1)

Providing and laying of screed of 50 mm thick cement concrete 1 :8:16 to be laid below the topping.(HSR 10.4)

Providing and laying of precast terrazzo tiles 20 to 22 mm thick with gradedmarble chips of size up to 12 mm, laid in floors, and landings, jointed with neat cement sluny mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles,including rubbing and polishing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) Light shade pigment using white cement(HSR 10.26.1)

Providing and applying two coats white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacturer, over plastered surface and grinding the surface smooth with sand paper to get en even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material , labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc. complete. [New HSR 11.58]

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. (1). Old work (one or more coats). [New HSR 30.25.1]

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade. (1). One or more coats on old work [New HSR 30.28.1]

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready made) having VOC content less than 50 gm per litre. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacture r's specification. (1). One or more coats on old work. [New HSR 30.34.1]

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade. (2). Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm).[New HSR 30.37.2]

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/1 Osqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litres/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat.(HSR 30.35.1)

Regarding terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in cement mortar by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mudplaster, preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper slope, relaying mud plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal ofunserviceable material to the dumping ground (the cost of the new tiles or brick excluded), all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(HSR 30.9)

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointingwith grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.(HSR 10.58)

Providing and fixing of Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thickbase laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : 25 mm thick(HSR 10.37.1)

Providing and fixing fly proof galvanized M.S. wire gauge to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm all complete With 2nd class teak wood beading 62X19 mm(HSR 12.53.1)

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors,windows and clerestory windows, including ISi marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, excludingpanelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately} Second class teak wood 35 mm thick shutters(HSR 12.7.1.1)

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premouldedand prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platfonns, vanity counters, windowsills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour andtexture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels Raj Nagar Plain white marble/ Udaipur green marble/ Zebra black Area of slab up to 0.50 sqm(HSR 8.26.1)

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, i/c cutting and making good the walls etc 15 mm dia nominal bore (HSR; 22.88.1)

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, i/c cutting and making good the walls etc 20 mm dia nominal bore (HSR; 22.88.2) Note 1 :-In case of any difference in the unit & nomenclature of any of the HSR items of civil,PH work depicted in this DNIT and that given in HSR,the unit and nomenclature given in HSR shall be applicable. 2. Only reputed make material will be used (Make/brand exhibited in HSR and exhibited in approved standard documents) as approved by the Engineer-in-charge,while executing various items/work at site. 3. HSR items beyond DNIT shall be paid as per HSR No extra rate shall be payable.
