Note1: Base band colocation charges has to be borne by the bidder with no additional cost to BSNL by the bidder

Note2 : Sl No B: The quantity of Baseband and other equipment may be decided by the bidder to provide the optimized solution to meet the requirement and Bandwidth utilization of 6271 MHz

Note 3: The rates quoted by the bidder for Installation & Commissioning (I&C) of VSATs SOR-F, shall be applicable on a PAN-India basis. However, in view of the difficult terrain, limited accessibility and higher logistic challenges in certain regions, the following differential rate structure shall apply: • For the sites located in Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, and also in the North-Eastern States (Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, and Sikkim), the I&C and O&M rates, under shall be paid at two (2) times the quoted base rate. • For sites located in Island territories (Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep Islands), the I&C and O&M rate shall be paid at three (3) times the quoted base rate. These multipliers shall apply only to I&C and O&M activities and not to AMC or any other components unless explicitly stated elsewhere in the tender.

Note-4:Bidder must mandatorily quote for all GST components (CGST, SGST, IGST) as required

Note-5:Bidder must mandatorily mention HSN & SAC numbers.

Note 6: The bidder is required to provide quotes for ‘Optional Items’ mandatorily. In case of bidder does not fill the quote for ‘Optional Items’, the bids will be loaded as per applicable provisions of the tender
