All as above, but depth exc 1.5 Mtr and not exc 3.0 Mtr deep all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, for filling approved fine river sand in trenches as cable cushion to the full width of excavated trench, under and over cable complete all as specified directed. (Note : Punned thickness of sand shall be measured)

M&L, for bricks slightly over burnt (kiln burnt) , modular bricks, best quality, locally available, laid flat, dry, laid in trenches along the length of cable transvarsally with width equal to length of brick for cable protection all as specified directed.

Taking out existing stone aggregate of any description cleaning / removing the grass, vegetation etc, leveling the ground, well ramming and finally spreading the aggregate uniformly all as directed.

Supply and spreading graded stone aggregate of size 40 mm for transformer yard complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down damaged PCC/steel pole/strut of any size all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel tubular swaged poles complete with MS base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws type 410, SP-31 (9 mtrs long), erected to truely vertical position, painting externaly embedded portion in PCC with black bitumenous paint and externally exposed to surfaces with aluminium paint in two coats, making five alternate strips 30cm wide with black and yellow paint in two coats, marking MES number with black paint complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation and PCC will be measured and paid for separately under respective items of this schedule)

Dismantling old unserviceable ACSR conductor from LT poles, of any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, ACSR conductor of required size for over head lines, stretched on LT poles without kink and binding to insulators with aluminium binding wire after stringing complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable cross arms, bracings etc of any section and size incl nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates etc fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for fixing insulaters and painting with aluminium paint two coats over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8), type D2 ( using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in base, foundation filling of the pole, all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping for poles, etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4), type B1 using (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping of poles including necessary use and waste of form work and finishing exposed surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable underground cable heavy duty armoured with aluminum conductor of any size and all as specified and directed.

Sppply & Laying XLPE insulated, armoured, electric cable with aluminium conductor,multi stranded 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, fixed on poles / walls or passing through pipes including provision of necessary lugs and glands & making necessary connection complete all as specified and directed for the following:- (Note : excavtion and earth work, cable protection sand cushioning will be measured and paid seperately)

S&F GI tubing, light grade, ISI marked 50 mm bore pipe laid in trenches/duct or in road crossing or fixed to wall/poles for protection of cable incl taking out old pipe of any grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and errecting LT Panel outdoor type mounted and fixed with PCC foundation, made out of MS sheet factory assembled & factory fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick sheet steel with suitable size MS angel frame duly spray painted with two coats of gray synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparatiion of surface, with required civil works & with and including 4 Nos aluminium bus bars 600 Amps with suitable size porcelain insulators & wiring with copper cable of suitable size, connecting including indicating lamp LED type for each phase, incl in built industiral type locking arrangement, front operated and back openable incl necessry arrangement for fixing with suitable clamps, nuts & bolts etc. The panel pre wired with PVC insulated copper conductor danger notice board, feeders marked, and testing & commissioning, complete consisting of the following :-

M&L for earthing complete with steel earth plate eletrode 60cm x 60cm x6mm thick buried dirctly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of plat not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI strip 32x6mm by means of bolts. nuts,check nuts and washers etc including protection pipe 15mm dia up to 7.5m length , provision the earth lead to earth connection in ther main distribution box with lugs and GI nuts,bolts, earthing shall be done all as per shown electrical plate No 5 of SSR part 1 Including neccessary excavation in disintergratedand hard soil and 20mm dia GI pipe with funel for watering PCC earth chamber 100mm thick precast RCC cover with suitable precast RCC frame and earth test point and testing in presence of Engr -in -Charge.

Supply, installation¸ testing & commissioning of waterless and maintenance free earthing with earth (grounding) electrodes and PCC pit with cover. (a) Earth Electrode: 17.2 mm dia copper bonded MS rod shall be in-situ cast in electrically conductive concrete earth enhancing material mixed with cement. Size of embedding of electrically conductive concrete earth enhancing material shall be 85 mm dia. The electrode of 3000mm should be able to withstand a fault current upto 35kA (Peak) for 1 second duly tested from recognized National Test laboratories like CPRI, ERDA, ERTL, MSME etc (not more than 18 months old). The ratio of mixing of conductive concrete to cement should be 3:1. Other hardware like nut, bolts and washers should be of stainless steel.

M&L for chain link fencing and steel sections post with two coats aluminum paint over a coat of red-oxide complete including preparation of old steel or iron surfaces all as specfied and directed.
