Cleaning of sewage line blockage by roding from manhole to manhole. Manhole to cleaning eye including that from first manhole to cleaning eye of down take pipe and removing all debris, sludge and solid material from sewage line and removal from site and well flushing with water after cleaning vertical pipe of following dia of pipes at any depth all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of gully traps incl removal of blockage by rodding from gully trap to man hole and gully trap to cleaning eye of down take pipe and removing all debris sludge and solid material from waste pipe line and from the gully trap and removal from site and flushing with water after cleaning vertical pipe and spinking of bleaching powder as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of manhole chamber of any shape/size depth not exceeding 0.6 Mtr by removing sludge/mud,silt, liquid etc (in foul condition to outside MD land premises including testing of manholes by filling with water) and spreading the bleaching powder to avoid the fly nuisance and all prescuation etc all as specified and directed by mechanical method.

Cleaning of manhole chamber of any shape/size depth exceeding 0.6 Mtr but n.exc 1.5 mtr by removing sludge/mud, silt, liquid etc (in foul condition to outside MD land premises including testing of manholes by filling with water) all as specified and directed by mechanical method.

Note for Ser Item No 1 to 4:- (i) The rates quoted in the above item includes cost of T&P like rods, bamboos, gum shoes, shovel and hand glouses etc complete (ii) The lines or manhole measured once can not measured again within 3 months. If blocks in the same lines or manhole re-occur within 3 months the contractor will clean again & nothing will be paid extra for this. (iii) Minimum one sweeper and one helper shall be deployed by Contractor and they shall be present on all working days from 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs for maintenance of sewage lines. The persons will be detailed by JE/AGE (I) concerned every morning for attending complaints on daily basis. (iv) The complaint has to be rectified within 24 Hrs as given in complaint slip failing which penalty will be imposed @ 500/- per complaint per day.

Desludging/ dewatering, Cleaning of septic tank including sludge by pumping out using mechanical equipment and transported by a vehicle of capacity 3000 Ltrs and removed outside MD land including cleaning off shrubs/bushes, vegetarian found around 5 Mtrs from external edge of septic tank and sludge chamber twice during the running period of contract all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of RCC manhole covers and similar works etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work/PCC block masonry work built in cement mortar etc complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks in Cm 1:6, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radious, using old size bricks

M&L for 15mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement mixed WPC @3% of weight of cement in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound @ 3% weight of cement

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth as in foundation, drain etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 13 above but exc 1.5m upto 3.0m depth in trenches in hard/dense soil as in foundation, drain etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the the starting point.

Demolition and breaking up of 150 mm dia sewage/ drain pipe with bed concrete set in cement mortar including removing debries out side MD land all as specified and as directed.

M & L Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, of 150mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed.

M & L 150mm dia salt glazed stoneware drain pipe (SGSW) grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed in CM 1:1 and tested all as specified and as directed

M & L concrete bed to drain pipes including forming cradles in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate for SGSW/RCC pipes after they are laid and tested for 150mm dia bore pipe all as specified and as directed

M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains by cutting out existing benching for and forming branch, channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 smooth finishing & making good to pipe as per existing by rendering & reforming benching as reqd for 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm stone agg) as in foundation bed concrete etc complete.

M&L PCC Type B-1 (1:2:4), using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in benching for manholes and coping around manhole cover frame for setting including rounded or chamfered angles, finished exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded agg) as in cover slab for man hole set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M & L TMT bar 8mm dia as in reinforcment, cut to length bend to shape including cranking and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia

Dismantling Posts or Struts, rafter, purlin (wood, steel or R.C.C ) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonary complete all as specified and diercted.

M&L for excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and making good surface (soft/loose soil) complete all specified as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for PCC type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation filling , mass concrete and etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc including dismentling old complete as directed (each line wire to be measured).

S&F Mild Steel works in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work conforming to FE-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs chain link fencing 3.14mm dia and mesh size100mm x100mm complete including line wires of any mesh size and to any type standereds, rails, straining bolts etc including provisioning of binding wire including dismentling old complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel screw bolts 5 to 10 mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n.exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
