Part A-Supply of Material

33 kV Hybrid switchgear (Feeder bay) consisting of circuit breaker, current transformer-1 no. per phase, SF6 gas insulated Isolator with breaker side earthing switch on both sides of circuit breaker, SF-6 to air Bushings on both sides of circuit breaker & local control cubicle & Structure for hybrid switchgear.

Control cable (Lump Sum).

33 KV Line Isolator.

Structure (ABL and cable support structure etc)

Supply of outdoor cable end termination kit suitable for 3x300 sq. mm. XLPE cable.

Part B-Work

Civil works related to construction of foundation suitable for erection of 33 KV hybrid switchgear and isolator including all labour, T&P and material required for successful completion of work for commissioning of 02 Nos. 33 KV Bays (33 KV CBS International Pvt. Ltd. and 33 KV Urvashi Infratech Pvt.Ltd.) at 220 KV S/S Sector-129 Noida. The work shall be carried out strictly as per technical norms of UPPTCL and directions of supervising engineer..

Earthing (Lump Sum). Work includes cutting, straightening and laying 700 mm below inside ground and above ground of 50 mm x 6mm size MS flats(including supply of MS Flat) for earthing of main & Auxiliary structures, equipment and cable trenches including welding with main earthmat and with the object to be earthed excavation of trenches its back filling painting and all other associated work to complete the earthing work satisfactorily as per technical specification for earthing of main and Aux. structures & equipments with 50X6 mm MS Flat & Earthing of cable trench with 25X5 mm MS flat alongwith connecting it to main earthing grid of switchyard.

Opening and unpacking of 33 KV Hybrid switch gear from stacking location to site with the help of crane of capacity 30 Ton and Hydra for support safely and placement of switch gear over frame at foundation. Tightening of foundation bolts switch gear over frame/stand. Placement of local control panel with the help of hydra and tightening of bolts. Safe and proper erection of 33 KV Hybrid switch gear and C&R panel.

Unloading, unpacking & shifting of 33 kV C&R panel at designated place inside control room with the help of hydra/crane and manual labour.

Erection of following structures\equipment’s as per instruction manual of various equipment’s & technical specification including shifting of structure \ Equipment’s store to erection site including all other associated works for completion of erection work satisfactorily.

Erection of cable support structure for the 33 kV Power cable at 33kV Transfer bus & hybrid switch gear and auxiliary structure-1 No. for each bay (ABL type)

Erection of 33 kV triple feeder C&R panel inside control room as per UPPTCL norms including earthing job.

Laying of 33 KV 3 core Power cable (approx 20 mtr.) after excavating earth for cable laying making sand bed before cable laying. Boxing with bricks & covering with sand & earth proper marking cable to connect 33 kV Main &Transfer bus with Hybrid switch gear as technical specification.

Cable termination at both ends of 33 KV cable after proper laying & proper support at ends before termination.

Jumpering of 33 KV main busbar by using T clamp with conductor and at other end to be connected with 33 kV Bushing of Hybrid switchgear. Jumpering of 33 KV Transfer busbar through cable with one end of cable termination and at other end to be connected with 33 kV AIS type isolator after fixing cable with the cable support structure at both ends.

Laying of following size of control cable in the cable trenches from the control and relay panels in control room to various equipment’s junction boxes etc. in switch yard as per cable schedule its saddling including carriage of cable drums from store to work site and shifting back to stores with all associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per technical specification.

Laying of 10x2.5 mm2 size control cable

Preparation of interconnection of 33 KV Bays for the termination of cables.

Preparation for termination of control cables as laid above as per cable schedule including making necessaries holes in gland plate or boxes where ever required along with supply and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size and providing of ferrules for each core of the cable and its termination with crimping type lugs of Dowell/ Tension make and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per technical specification.

Termination of control cable between C&R panel and Hybrid switch Gear module as per cable schedule including making necessaries dressing of cable where ever required. All other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per technical specification.
