RFP FOR THE SELECTION OF THE SYSTEM INTEGRATOR FOR THE SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, AND COMMISSIONING OF VIDEO CONFERENCING ENDPOINTS FOR TALUKA OFFICES, GOVERNMENT OF KARNATAKA WITH 5 YEARS AMC SUPPORT

The Bidder should have supplied, installed, and commissioned codec-based IP VC endpoints of at least 120 no. in addition to implementation and integration of one MCU to any government department/ institutions/ PSUs/ Public /private sector banking/financial/ educational institutions in India during the last five financial years under a single project i.e. (2020-21,2021-22,2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25). Reference POs /Work orders with contract agreement clearly specifying the type and model of the equipment with installation report OR The Bidder should have supplied, installed, and commissioned codec-based IP VC endpoints satisfactorily a minimum of 75 no. in addition to implementation and integration of one MCU in two projects to any government department/ Govt. institutions/ PSUs/Public/private sector banking/ financial/educational institutions in India during the last five financial years i.e. (2020-21,2021-22,2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25). PO Copies along with work completion certificate OR The Bidder should have supplied, installed, and commissioned codec-based IP VC endpoints satisfactorily a minimum of 60 no. in addition to implementation and integration of one MCU in three projects to any government department/ Govt. institutions/ PSUs./public/ private sector banking/financial/educational institutions in India during the last five financial years i.e. (2020-21,2021-22,2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25).

The Bidder must be a company registered in India under companies Act/ Limited Liability Partnership Act and should have been in operation for a period of at least 8 years as on bid date. (Consortium and joint ventures formed for the purpose of this project are not eligible to bid for this project. Trusts and societies are also not eligible to bid for this project) Certificate of Incorporation / Certificate of Partnership

The bidder should not have filed for bankruptcy Declaration in this regard by the authorized signatory of the bidder should be attached.

The annual turnover of the Bidder during each of the last 3 financial years (2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25) shall not be less than Rs. 20.00 (Twenty) Crores. Submit the consolidated Annual Financial Turnover certificate for the relevant financial years certified by Chartered Accountant along with UDIN number.

The bidder should have a positive net worth for the last 3 financial years (2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25) Auditor / Chartered Account certificate for positive net worth for 3 years.

The Bidder should have at least 50 Technical staff experience on VC Collaboration along with Network Security, etc. On its payroll as on last date of bidding for this tender and at least one working office in Bangalore Self-Certificate issued by the HR head of the bidder organization

The OEM and Bidder should not have been debarred by the Government of India or any state government or any of its agencies for any reasons whatsoever and the bidder should not have been debarred by Central / any other State/UT Government or its agencies for indulging in corrupt or fraudulent practices or for indulging in unfair trade practices as on last date of bidding for this tender. MAF to be submitted as per format in RFP for the following products separately and Individually.1.VC endpoints 2.Display unit 3. 1kva online UPS MAF

The signatory for this RFP must be authorized by the Board or Head of the Organization. Authorization letter by Board or Head of Organization or Power of Attorney document.

The Bidder shall demonstrate the integration of the proposed VC endpoints with the existing MCUs at KSWAN SCR. The Successful integration will be treated as Compliance and failure will be treated as non-Compliance.
