Taking down Plastering of Cement Mortar on Brick or Stone Wall / Concrete Surface / Ceilings etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) incl finishing even and smooth without using extra cement on Internal Faces.complete all as specified

M&L for Rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement on Ceilingcomplete all as specified

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster 1:6, incl finishing even and smooth without using extra cement on External Faces with WPC @ 3.0 kg by weight of cement. (Note : The Quoted Rate shal be included for Work to be carried out from Ground Floor to Fourth Floor of Bldg Height with all nessary Scaffolding and WPC Compound).complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of Newly plastered surfaces of Walls / Ceiling and applying cement based putty of 3 mm thickness over plastered surface and applying Two Coat of Oil Emulsion Distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Note : Quoted rate shall be included for Work to be carried out from Ground Floor to Fourth Floor of Bldg Height with all nessary Scaffolding and The Paint Strains on Wall / Floor / Joinery / Glass / Wire Mesh / Furnituers shall be cleaned to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge)(MAKE - Asian, Berger, JSW Paint)

M&L for Up Rooting of Vegetation Growth, Shurbs, Small Plants and Small Trees of any Size / Girth from Walls, Roof, Chajja, Shaft etc Building Height up to Four Storey at any location and position of bldg, completely including roots and making good the disturbed surfaces, cleaning the surfaces and filling the disturbed surace with type B0 PCC 1:2:4 (12.5mm Aggregate) and Rendered 15mm thick in CM (1:3) with WPC @ 3.0 kg by weight of cement, Area of Each disturbed surfaces n exc 0.50 Sqm and finishing the surface to match the existing finishes of building complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
