M&L for Rubber moulded Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick, in white cement with pigment, set, jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement, as in floors, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 except tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Filleting in any position and to any shape in cement mortar 1:4 including all mitres, stops, etc. exc. 25 but n.exc 50 sq.cm etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick Plain Cement Concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base complete as specified and as directed.

ML for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc complete all as specified and directed.
