Providing and laying in position 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)M20 grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works from plinth to fifth floor level :including curing,hire and runing charges of concrete mixer,vibrator,T&P but excluding cost of cement.

labour charges for cutting,bending,binding and assembeling in position steel reinforcement in columns, suspended floors and stair cases of superstructure excluding cost of steel reinforcement.

Providing and fixing of Form work of steel plates not less than 3.0mm thick M.S. sheets of specified size stiffened with suitable structral frame work true to plane or kit ply plates of not less than 12mm thickness of specifed sizes stiffened with suitable timber frame work prop height upto desired height ornamental projections upto desired height and thickness complete including its removal for all RCC works from plinth to fifth floor level.

labour charge for fabrication and erecting welded in built up sections, in beams,rafters, purlins in trusses and framed work, including cost of cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete job excluding cost of structural steel.

labour charge for fixing of pre-colour coated (0.63mm) thick corrugated sheeting (to be fixed over steel truss) complete including cost of self-drilling, screws 55mm HP Long /J or L hocks attached with washers along-with PVC cap. (Measurements shall be taken in fixed and finished form)complete excluding cost of CGI sheets

labour charge for fixing of caping to ridges/hips with colour coated PGI sheets width upto 600mm including cost of J-Hooks/self drilled screws with nuts but excluding cost of PGI sheets.
