Excavation in foundation trenches (for pipes & pits up to all depths) in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft/hard rock, chiseling / wedgingout of rock (where blasting is prohibited) soft/hard rock and saturated soil including bailing of pumping out water etc. in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides leveling of beds to correct grade including soring, strutting planking timbering and dewarting wherever required stacking the usable and un-usable materials/soil separately and after laying jointing & testing of pipes returning the usable soil to trenches in 15 cm layer including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming and watering and then dispossing of all surplus excavated soil un-usable materials as directed with in all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition and also including cost of diversion of traffic,night signals fixing caution boards crossing over trenches for access to houses , fencing etc.complete in all respects with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying , jointing & testing in trenches to be levelled to grade,centrifugal cement mortar lined ductile iron ( spun) pressure pipe BIS 8329/2000 class K-7 suitable for tyton push on joints including bends of all degree , tree collars , tappers if required , crosses short pieces, tail pieces, plugs of required number cutting pieces chamfering wherever required ( earth work in trenches and cost of joints to be measured and paid for separately with in all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge 150 mm nominal bore as per IS 12228-1987 for code of practice for use and laying of ductile iron pipe with upto date amendments.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1 : 1. 50 : 3 ( 1 cement : 1.50 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundations footings, bases of columns and the like mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.10 metre thickness) attached pilasters, buttersses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Suspended floors, roofs landings, shelves and their supports balconies beams girders bressumers and centilevers up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1 : 2 :4 ( 1cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Suspended floor roofs, landing & shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever up to floor two level in slab of flushing tanks within all leads and lifts as per the direction of and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Independent piers coloumns and pillars up to floor two level as per Direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 milimetre thick welding with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 milimetre, so as to give fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floor etc. up to 200 milimetres in thickness within all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Vertical surgace such as Wall any thickness partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttersses, plinth and string courses etc. within all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and the like.

Providing and fixing steel fiver reinforcement cement concrete (SFRC) man hole cover and frame conforming to I.S. 12592 (Part-1) 1998 with latest amendsments 560mm internal diametre within all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Heavy duty

Providing and fixing of M.S. Flats 5 mm thick and 40 mm wide for supply of pipe and as per Direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and fixing anchers for safety of pipe as per Direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing 20 mm wide Cast Iron rungs with chequared or ribbed non slip surface including fixing in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 sand :4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in RCC work of manhole chambers and flushing tanks etc (cement concrete 1:2:4 to be measured and paid for separately) complete inall respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Applying cement slurry on R.C.C. Slab or cement concrete work using 2.75 kilo grame of cement per square metre of floor area before laying cement concrete including roughening, cleaning of the concrete surface within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and fixing double socketed flanged Y- Tees 150 X150 mm dia as per IS 8329-2900 Complete in all respect within all leads and lifts.

Providing,laying and jointing of Ductile Iron Plugs (heavy class) of 150 mm dia including fittings and fixing complete with in all lead & lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing D.I Bend 150 mm dia as per IS 9328 or latest additional amendments i/c carriage of material with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing ventilation shaft 200 mm dia i/c all allied arrangements complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing cast steel sluice valve 150mm dia i/c all allied arrangements complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing all socket D.I. Tee/ Cross as per IS 8329 or latest additional amendemnts i/c carriage of material with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks of approved quality in foundation in cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 sand) (2nd class bricks) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

20mm cement plaster in two coats backing coat 10mm and finishing coat 10mm thick onn fair side of brick / stone masonery wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smoth in cement mortar 1 : 6 ( 1cement : 6 sand ) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and fixing C.I. Sluice Valve with hand wheel as per IS 780 Class upto 300 mm dia including brass spindle and as per IS 2906: Class- II complete with bolts nuts rubber insertion etc. as per Direction of Engineer-in Charge.
