Supplying and laying of CB stone aggregates of 63mm. down to 45mm. size IRC-Gr-II interstices with Quarry dust for sub base course tough, sound, clean and durable including cost of stone aggregate, all royalties, taxes, tollage, VAT, handling, transportation to site with all leads and lifts loading at one end and unloading the same at site, spreading and laying to form water bound macadam in a layer of 75mm.for each layer compacted thickness with proper camber and level, filling the interstices with quarry dust watering compacting by PRR with all leads and lifts including all complete with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, engagement, hire & running charges of all machineries and cost & carriage of water including all testing charges etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Excluding GST )

Supplying all labour, materials, T&P for laying built up spray grouting in layers applying tack coat of 3.00 Kg of bitumen for 10.00 Sqm. using 0.50 Cum. of 25mm. to 40mm. size hard granite crusher broken metal & 15.00Kg. of penetration grade 60/70 to 80/100 bitumen for 10 Sqm. in each layer with 0.13Cum. of 12mm. size H.B.G. chips (C.B) as key stone for 10Sqm. spreading over including cleaning the road surface by brushing removing debrises, heating pouring, spreading bitumen metal, chips and rolling with P.R.R. of approved capacity including engagement, hire & running charges P.R.R. & all other machineries, cost of all fuel & consumables, P.O.L. cost & conveyance charges of bitumen, metal chips hand packing to proper level pouring bitumen for uniformly penetration etc. all complete with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, taxes, all testing charges, tollage, royalties, etc. all complete & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 37.50mm Spray Grouting

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, applying tack coats using 3.00 Kg. of bitumen for 10.00 Sqm. & laying 20mm. thick premix carpeting by using 0.18 Cm. of 13.2mm. Size (C.B.) chips & 0.09 Cum. Of 6mm. size (C.B.) chips & 14.60Kg. Penetn grade of bitumen for 10.00 Sqm. As per IRC specification heating bitumen conveying chips & feeding in to hot bitumen mixture mixing through for pre-coating of chips by bitumen mixture & spreading premix materials uniformly of required thickness to proper camber, slope & consolidation with PRR of approved capacity including hire & running charges of P.R.R., bitumen mixture of capacity of 8-10 THP Tar boiler & all other T&P articles, cost of fuel & consumables, P.O.L, cost & conveyance charges of chips & bitumen etc. all complete & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. ( Excluding GST ).

Applying seal coat of 6mm. thick, with bitumen (Hot mixed plant) re coated seal coat using 0.06Cum. bitumen for 10 Sqm. including hire & running charges of P.R.R. supplying of labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge ( Excluding GST ).

Blinding the road surface with quarry dust of 6mm. thick including hire & running charges of P.R.R. supplying of labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( Excluding GST ).

Brick work in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth and super structure using K.B. Bricks having crushing strength between 75 Kg/Cm² to 99Kg/Cm² at any height in all floors, levels with cost & supply of all materials, labour, T&P, tollage, royalties, taxes, staging, scaffolding, curing, water charges all transportation charges etc. all complete & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( Excluding GST ).

C.C(1:3:6) (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone metal) of 40mm. & down nominal size H.B.G mental of approved quality) in foundation & for base of flooring, etc. including mixing, hoisting and laying the concrete in layers& CENTRING & SHUTTERING in position, compacting, curing with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( excluding GST)

R.C.C. (1:1⅟2:3) for R.C.C. works using 12mm to 20mm size H.B.G. chips for foundation & plinth etc. of approved quality, mixing as per approved design mix, hoisting, laying, compacting, curing including with cost and supply of all materials,including centering & shuttering, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Excluding GST).

Reinforcement to R.C.C. works with supply of steel Fe-415 SAIL/VIZAG/RINL/TISCON as per relevant I.S. & cutting bending, binding straightening of M.S. Tor Steel/Coil tying the grills and placing the grills in position including supply of 18 gauge binding wire with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge including cost of steel.( Excluding GST) No wastage shall be paid payment should be made as per IS-1786.

12mm thick Cemnet Plastering including cement punning with CM(1:4) to the brick work & RCC surface etc. including mixing, hoisting andapplying the miortar all complete including curing, supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding GST ).

Cleaning the existing road surfaces thoroughly, providing tack coat, & laying, Dense bituminous macadam [as per clause no.503, 504 and 900 of specification for road & bridge work 4th revision of MOSRTH] on the prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregates including loading of aggregates with F.E. loader & hot mixing of stone aggregates and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed materials and laying mixed materials to the required level, grade & camber, rolling by vibrator roller to achieve the designed density etc. all complete with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, special T&P, hire & running charges of all machineries, to be used, with fuel & consumables, energy/electricity charges etc. all complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding GST) Measurement will be taken on section of successful completion of work and as per requirement and test of latest MOSRTH specifications.

Providing 25mm thick compacted SDBC ( Semi Dence Bituminous Concrete) on B.M surface using hard granite crusher broken stone aggregates 10mm nominal size (specified grade and quality) including loading aggregates with FE loader heating aggregates and binder in 40TPH hot mix plant, transporting the mixed materials with tipper and laying with hydraulic pavers finishers with sensor device to required level & camber, rolling with vibrator roller to achieve the required density, all complete including cost of all material, labour, T&P, special T&P hire & running charges of all machinery, with fuel & consumable, energy/electricity charges, all type of taxes etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge [as per clause of 508, 900 & other relevant clauses of specification for road and bridge work of MOSRTH (4th revision]. Measurement will be taken on level section for finished surface on successful completion of work and as per requirement and tests of MOSRTH specifications.( excluding GST).Measurement will be taken on section of successful completion of work and as per requirement and test of MOSRTH specifications.

Engagement of (JCB) or equivalent excavator excavating the earthen drains for smooth running of accumulated rain waters by side of both sides of road and over burden materials, debrises at the site to disposal area along with engagement of required machinery, operator, driver, helper and labour etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Excluding GST).

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.(Excluding GST )

Providing and fixing Glow studs of size 100x20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite ) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degress to base .The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 : 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Excluding GST).

Supplying the following materials to R&B section with loading & Unloading including transportation charges for attending emergent road repair work at pot holes/turning portion/ circle area etc. with all cost of materials as per direction of engineer-in-charge.(Excluding GST)
