M&L for digging of pits, removal of debris weeds/ roots etc, refilling with good garden soil & cattle manure in the ratio 4:1, provision of Anti termite treatment at plantation time, supply & planting of approved spacies of minimum height of 1.50 mtr above ground level, plants approved and directed by GE. Notes: (i) Tree plants will be obtained from nursery of MP Govt or any other Nursery approved by GE. (ii) Payment for this item shall be made only for the plants found alive. Any dead plant shall be replaced with the new one without any extra cost to the Govt. (iii) The rate quoted shall deemed to include providing requisite manpower for same upto expiry of entire defect liability period.

Tilling of land by means of suitable mechanical means i.e, tiller etc pulled by tractor and levelling/ planing the surface using heavy wooden pallet for light compaction and preparing the surface containing optimum moisture content, before tiling of land uprooting weeds & grass etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and stacking at site decayed cow dung manure screened through IS designation 20mm sieve, from approved source complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) The rate quoted shall include cost of excavation and transportation of manure to any distance and stacking for measurement. Use and waste of form work for fair finished surface of concrete to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attaches pillasters, buttresses, etc vertical or to batter including supports as specified and directed.
