12 mm thick cement plaster on brick work in 1:4 CM with coarse sand (F.M. not less than 2.0) and cement including cost of all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in charge, also including all taxes but excluding GST. (G.F + F.F. + S.F.)

20 mm thick Plaster Work in 1:2 CM in Dedo or skirting with coarse sand (F.M. not less than 2.0) and finished with neat cement floating coat required for proper completion of work including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge, also including all taxes but excluding GST. (Ground Floor).

Supply & Filling of Local Sand upto P.L. including all lead, lift, its mannual compacton and dressing including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in charge also including all taxes but excluding GST.

Providing & laying of 20mm thick kota stone in flooring (In Stair) over 10mm thick cement mortar in 1:4 mixed jointed with cement slurry including cost of all material, labour, T&P rubbing & polishing complete in all respect required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in charge, including all Taxes but excluding G.S.T. (G.F. + F.F.)

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for pre-constructional ant termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and all-round the column pits wall trenches basement excavation top surface if plinth filling junction of wall and floor, along the external perimeter of binding expansion joints, surrounding of pipes and conduit etc. complete (Plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per I.S.:6313 (Part II 1981) Aldine emulsifiable concentrate or any other approved material such as Heptachlor or chlordane will be used. The rate of application of chemical emulsion shall be as follows: complete in all respect, required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in charge, also including all taxes but excluding GST. 40 mm thick C.C. Flooring in 1:2:4 with 4.75 to 20 MM size stone grit and coarse sand (F.M. not less than 2.0) over base of 100 MM thick C.C. 1:4:8 with brick ballast and coarse sand including cost of all material, Labour and T&P for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in charge, also including all taxes but excluding GST. ( In Apron)

40 mm thick C.C. Flooring in 1:2:4 with 4.75 to 20 MM size stone grit and coarse sand (F.M. not less than 2.0) without base concrete including cost of all material, Labour and T&P for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in charge, also including all taxes but excluding GST.

P/L vitrified Tiles 600x600mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved quality( Kajaria/Somany/Ceta/Oreint Bent/Johnson & Johnson) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser of steps over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3(1cement 3 course sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete.(over all rate) including cost of all material, labour, carriage, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in charge. , also including all taxes but excluding GST. Distempering two coat of oil bond distemper of approved quality made of burger, jousion and nicholson, shalimar, asian, nerolac, over one primer coat of cement primer on new surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and also including preparing the surface even & smooth with plaster of paris (POP) and sand papered including cost of all material labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in charge, also including all taxes but excluding GST. (G.F + F.F. + S.F.)

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved make such as super snowcem, Durocem, robiecem, Guttu cem, Super cem quality and of required shade on new wall surface (two coats) over one coat of white cement primer to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove powdered materials including curing and cost of all materials, required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer in charge, also including all taxes but excluding GST (G.F + F.F. + S.F.)

Providing and fixing 110mm dia PVC down pipe for rain water drainage including cost of all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper complition of work, also including all taxes but excluding GST.

Providing/Fixing hexagonal fan box 80 mm in length fabricated with MS Rod for ceiling fan as per direction of Engineer in-charge, also including all taxes but excluding GST. (G.F. + F.F.).
