Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one cement , four sand, and eight hard broken stone) Using 40 mm gauge Hand Broken Granite stone jelly for Foundation including watering whenever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15 cm thick.compacting etc., complete complying within standard specification

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:11/2:3 (one cement , two sand, and four hard broken stone) using directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specification. For foundation and basement

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) using Country Bricks ground moulded of size 23 x11 x7cm. For the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification

Supplying & fabrication of Steel including all labour chaages etc., complete.

Supplying and erecting centering of sides and soffits including supports and strutting complete complying with standard specification and as directed for the following items. a) RCC floor slab roof slab rectangular square. Tee or Ell beams, lintels staircase waise slab landing slab , landing beam, portico beam etc.

Plastering with Cement morter 1:5 (one cement and five sand)12 mm thick in all floor including curing etc., Complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with Cement Morter 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20 mm thick in all Ceiling including curing etc., Complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete]. The Putty should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Providing and Applying CFTRI approved two component flexible polymer modified acrylic cementitious waterproofing coating with a mix ratio of (5 Liquid :7 Powder) to the RCC surface like Roof, bathroom, toilet, balcony & utility area applied @ 2.2kg/m2 in 2 coats to achieve 1.2mm DFT, having Elongation at break >120% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength >1N/ mm2 as per ASTM D 412, Adhesion strength: 0.80N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541, crack bridging upto 2mm as per ASTM C 836. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving of 50 mm X 50mm at all right angles of wall Junction with Polymer Repair Mortar and lay 45 gsm glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet, treatment of cracks completely as per specification

Paving the floor with Ceramic tiles of size 305x305x8mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Msand) base mortar over the existing floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3Kg./sq.m. etc., complete

Dadooing the sides of walls up to required height with est approved quality colour printed glazed tiles of size 150x150x6mm and set in CM 1:2 using 10 mm thick and pointing with same colour cement of 4 kg including cost and conveyance of all materials to

Exterior Emulsion Painting in two coats including cost & conveyance and labour charges etc... complete

Wiring with 2x1.5sq.mm PVC insulated wire to light and fan point including PVC Pipe ,TW switch box and all labour charges etc.,

Supply and fixing of 4' 18W LED tube with fittings include of all charges

Cost for Name board charges etc.,
