Supplying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE sheathed aluminium Conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size etc complete as reqd. a) 4 x 16 sqmm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. a) Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. a) Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Fabrication, Supplying and installation of indoor cubical type wall mounted panel board of suitable size not less than 1000mm x1300mm x300mm (deep) made out of M.S. Sheet 2mm. Thick (14 SWG) duly compartmentalised having 4 strip Al. busbar of 200amp capacity double door with locking arrangement for protection from rain, dust and having following accessories mounted inside the cubical panel i/c connection, inter connection with aluminium thimbles, earthing with two nos. earth studs duly painted with one coat of red oxide & two coats of superior quality enamel paint complete etc. as reqd. [Note: All MCCB should have Ics=100% Icu] Note: Before fabrication Drawing should be got approved by the Engineer-in-Charge of this work. The panel should have 02 Nos central lock on front door. Areas shall be calculated length & breathe of front of panel only.

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermo magnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required. a) 125 A, 36KA,FPMCCB

b) 63 A, 16 kA,TPMCCB

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of wire mesh protection frame work fabricating with 40 x 40 x 6 mm thick angle iron/Tee iron having intermediate members of size 25mm x 6 mm (GI wire should be 6SWG) flat strip welded at 30 cm in each sections & duly welded with hard drawn wire fabric mesh of size 25 mm X 75 mm having weight not less than 7.5 Kg/Sqmtr. and making main door gate provided with two nos. sliding bolt with godown locks with operating hadle welded from inside of the door i/c providing and fixing of four no. legs of same angle size of 90 cm length duly grouted in foundation (30 x 30 x 45) cm (deep) in 1:2:3 cement concrete & painting with one coat of red oxide & two coat of super synthetic luminous paint of approved colour and quality etc. complete as complete as reqd. {Area of hard drawn wire fabric with angle (Except legs) shall be measured for payment}

System lumen efficacy ≥105 <120 lm/Watt output .LM79 & LM80 Test report and all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted. Shape size and CCT shall be as approved by Engineer-in- Charge as per requirement.
