Electrical Distribution Board, Protective Devices, Earthing and Power Connection to Passenger Elevator
Providing, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Distribution Board, 08 Way – 01 No., complete with the following protective devices and accessories:
a) 4 Pole Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker, 40 Ampere, 300 milliampere – 01 No.
b) 4 Pole Miniature Circuit Breaker, 40 Ampere – 01 No.
c) 2 Pole Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker, 25 Ampere, 30 milliampere – 01 No.
d) 2 Pole Miniature Circuit Breaker, 25 Ampere – 01 No.
e) Bulk Head Lights – 03 Nos.
f) Switch and Socket – 03 Nos.
The work shall include all necessary internal wiring, connections, terminals, busbars, cable glands, lugs, ferrules, supports, mounting arrangements and other accessories required for proper installation and safe operation of the Distribution Board.
Separate Earthing Arrangement
The work shall also include providing 01 No. separate earthing arrangement with Galvanized Iron Earth Plate of size 600 millimetres × 600 millimetres, complete with all necessary earthing accessories, including Galvanized Iron earthing strip or wire, clamps, nuts, bolts and connections.
A suitable masonry enclosure shall be provided around the earth electrode with a Mild Steel cover plate, including excavation, provision of suitable layers of charcoal and salt, watering arrangement wherever required, backfilling, dressing and making good the surrounding surface, complete as required.
Power Connection to Passenger Elevator
The work shall further include providing, supplying, laying, connecting, testing and commissioning of electrical power supply connection to the Passenger Elevator from the existing power source available inside the office building, using suitable 10 square millimetres copper conductor cable.
The power supply cable shall be properly routed from the existing power source to the elevator control panel through a suitably protected and rated circuit. The work shall include all necessary cable laying, routing, termination, glands, lugs, ferrules, clamps, saddles, supports, conduits or other protective arrangements wherever required.
The cable shall be securely supported throughout its route and adequately protected against mechanical damage, moisture and other site conditions. All terminations shall be properly crimped and secured to ensure reliable electrical contact.
The work shall include testing of the completed power connection for insulation resistance, continuity, polarity, earth continuity and proper functioning of the electrical supply before energization and commissioning of the elevator.
Testing and Compliance
The complete electrical installation shall be tested for insulation resistance, continuity, polarity, earth continuity and effectiveness of the earthing system. The Earth Leakage Circuit Breakers and Miniature Circuit Breakers shall also be tested for proper operation. | 1 | job | 100 | ₹100 |

| 3.04 | Steel Reinforcement for Reinforced Cement Concrete Work – Schedule Item 5.22.6
Providing and placing steel reinforcement for Reinforced Cement Concrete work, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with annealed binding wire, complete up to plinth level, using Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or higher, including all necessary labour, tools, equipment, supports, spacers, chairs and other incidental requirements, complete in all respects as per Schedule Item 5.22.6 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
The work shall include:
• Straightening of Thermo-Mechanically Treated steel reinforcement bars.
• Cutting of reinforcement bars to the required lengths.
• Bending and fabrication of reinforcement bars according to the approved reinforcement detailing and bar bending schedule.
• Placing and fixing of reinforcement in the required position.
• Binding of reinforcement at intersections with suitable annealed binding wire.
• Providing necessary spacers, cover blocks, chairs and supports to maintain the specified concrete cover.
• Proper lapping, anchoring, development length, hooks and bends as specified in the approved structural drawings.

Providing and laying brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth, including all necessary labour, materials, tools and equipment, properly laid in cement mortar in the proportion of 1:4 (1 part cement : 4 parts coarse sand), including bonding, raking of joints, line and level, watering and curing, complete in all respects as per Schedule Item 6.1.4 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
The work shall include soaking of bricks in water before use, preparation and mixing of cement mortar, laying of bricks to the required bond, maintaining proper verticality, alignment and thickness of joints, filling and finishing of joints, necessary scaffolding and all incidental works required for proper execution.
The brick masonry shall be constructed in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications, with all courses laid true to line, level and plumb. Necessary openings, corners, junctions, connections and bonding with adjoining masonry or concrete work shall be properly executed.
The completed brickwork shall be adequately watered and cured for the required period to ensure proper strength and durability.

The Aluminium Composite Panels shall be accurately cut, fabricated and installed to the required dimensions and profiles, with proper alignment, levelling, jointing and fixing. All linear and curvilinear portions shall be executed as per the approved design and architectural requirements.
The item shall include all necessary designing, fabrication, testing, transportation, handling, erection, installation, fixing, scaffolding, labour, tools, equipment and allied structural accessories, complete as required for satisfactory execution of the work.
All joints, edges, corners and interfaces shall be properly finished and sealed to provide a neat, uniform and durable appearance.
The complete installation shall be securely fixed to the structural framework and shall be capable of safely resisting applicable wind loads and other service conditions as per the approved design and relevant standards.
