Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and making necessary working space etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Fencing Posts (angle iron post), strut (Wood or Steel or RCC) etc. of any section including taking out embeded in concrete, brick and masonary portion and making good disturbed surface and making necessary working space complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar,PCC bed blocks of mild steel posts, PCC coping/RCC Jalli etc and making necessary working space complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fly ash Brick Work in CM 1:6, straight or curved on plan exc 6Mtr mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on any faces of brick wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement and making necessary working space complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of framed work, such as grills, gratings, steel post and struts in fencing incl drilling holes, notching for wire etc, including straining bolts, hold fasts, wall ties, clamps angle iron etc with end bar shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spike, framed guard bars, railing, frame work and similar work conforming to Fe - 410-O or Fe- 310-O and making necessary working space complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantaling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanized 2 strands, steel brabed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails including securing or tying at croses with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire and making necessary working space complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only galvanized to strands, steel brabed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails including securing or taying at croses with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire and making necessary working space complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Serviceable wire from item no 07 to be used.)

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, Type B-2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling, foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling/granite slab including cement mortar bedding (But not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 finished even and fair to receive other treatment as tiles/granite etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic joint less coloured/Stone finish/digital/printed/High lighter tiles in vertical surface 300x450x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite stone slab 20 mm thick machine cut , in skirting /dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as spd and directed

Preparation of old finished surface of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot moulds, mass and efforescent salts and trading oil and greary spots and applying two coat of cement base paint and making necessary working space complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old steel surface and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint including one coat of primer and making necessary working space complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surface of any description exc. 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for broken glass coping on top of wall in CM 1:3 including 20mm thick cement rendering complete all as spd and directed.

Taking out bushes at any height of the structure and necessary scaffolding digging out roots old brick walls and filling holes with CM 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and removing of roots/bushes to a distance nexc 50 M and clearing the sites complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC 1:2:4, type B2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, bed blocks including necessary form work, weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of Punched tape concertina coil fencing with concertina coil of 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, spring core wire (2.5 mm thick) of high tensile strength of 165kg/sq. mm having weight 43.478 gm/metre incl securing or tying at crossings with provision of galvanised mild steel wires, staples or pins etc incl taking out old worn out concertina in any position and in any height complete all as specified and directed

Notes :- (a) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Schedule of Credit. (Rs. 26,200.00). (b) PERFORMANCE SECURITY :- (Refer condition 19 of IAFW-2249) The performance security for an amount equivalent to 3% (Three percent) of the accepted contract sum shall be delivered by the successful bidder immediately after the date of intimation letter of acceptance and all provisions shall be applicable as per condition 19 of IAFW 2249
