INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supply and fix flame proof, weatherproof control panel in cast aluminium alloy LM6 construction, certified by CMRS Dhanbad for Group IIA and IIB, 8 way SPN, consisting with:- Incoming:- MCB DP 32 Amp - 01 No outgoing:- MCB SP 06 Amp to 32 Amp - 06 Nos.

Supply and fix flame proof, weatherproof IP 65 junction box in aluminium alloy LM6 construction with internal dia 100mm, depth 60mm with 3/4" ET entries 3/4 way, certified by CMRS Dhanbad for Group II-A and II-B complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supply and fix junction box of size 250x 200x 100mm including one No MCB, 240 V, 6 Amp, Single phase busbar/ terminal all as speciifed and and directed.

Supply and fixing/ drawing along PCC pole, through rigid steel conduit PVC sheathed multistranded copper conductor cable, single core of size 1.5 Sqmm with two run from junction box on pole MCB SP to security light fitting all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Conduit shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by mechnical technology using sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 32mm bore, bent to shape, 1.5 metre long, MS clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 32x6mm thick with nuts, bolts & washers complete and drilling of holes for nuts & bolts etc for fixing street light fittings all as specified and as directed.

FIRE HYDRANTS WORKS

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit size 90cm x 90cm x 90cm (internal dimension) including necessary excavation, earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, brick work in cement mortar 1:4, internal plaster in cement mortar 1:4, size of angle 40x40x6mm both for frame and cover, MS sheet 3mm thick for cover duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer (for pipe 80mm) complete all as specified and as shown on Drg No. CEJZ/TD-1060/08 Sheet No. 1/3 to 3/3.

Taking out 150/100mm dia/ bore pipe line suitable length and cutting of existing pipe line, inserting tee, bends, collar pieces etc for new pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Material and labour for cutting the existing 150mm dia/ bore CI/GI pipe line for and including insertion of Tee 150x150x40mm including jointing & testing and jointing material complete all as specified and as directed.
