Design, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of Street Food Hub SFH at Jagti, Nagrota Jammu

FOR COMPLETE BOQ DESCRIPTION KINDLY REFER PAFE NO. 76-81 OF SBD .DESIGN (WHERE APPLICABLE), ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT, CONSTRUCTION, TESTING, COMMISSIONING AND HANDOVER (EPC/Turnkey basis) OF "DEVELOPMENT OF JAGTI FOOD HUB UNDER PM SVANIDHI SCHEME, NAGROTA (J&K)", opposite IIM Jammu on NH-44, comprising the following works complete in all respects as per approved architectural/structural drawings, technically vetted DPR, BOQ, technical specifications, relevant IS/CPWD Codes and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge: (a) SITE DEVELOPMENT & EARTHWORK: Earthwork in bulk excavation by mechanical means for foundations, retaining walls, plaza, parking, service roads and drains including disposal of surplus excavated earth (mechanical lead upto 50 m and manual disposal outside municipal limits upto 5 km); site grading and levelling. (b) RETAINING WALLS & BOUNDARY WORKS: Construction of RCC/masonry retaining walls (approx. 202 Rmt, 2 ft wide) along the periphery of the site on all three sides, including a dedicated 10-ft wide peripheral service road; entrance/exit gate structures with RCC gate columns, gate beams, stainless-steel (Grade 304) railings, and 4 Nos. automatic electromechanical boom barriers (2 entries + 2 exits) complete with civil works, accessories and commissioning. (c) DRAINAGE WORKS INCLUDING REAR BOUNDARY (FOREST-SIDE) DRAIN: Construction of a continuous surface storm-water drain in 'L' shape running along the rear (hill/forest-facing) boundary and returning along the adjoining side boundary of the site, to intercept hill-side/forest runoff and natural slope drainage before it enters the developed plaza, parking and building areas. The drain shall be constructed in RCC/masonry (PCC 1:4:8 bedding, 1:3:6 side walls/base, plastered in CM 1:4, with a suitably graded invert draining by gravity), covered with RCC/GI grating slabs where it crosses pedestrian/vehicular paths, and terminated with outfall connection(s) into the designated site drainage points/existing natural drain along NH-44, complete with excavation, bedding, shuttering, curing, backfilling and disposal of surplus earth. Rate to include silt traps and catch pits at direction changes and at the outfall, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (d) PLAZA, PARKING & PAVING: Construction of plaza (approx. 2000 Sqm) and parking area (approx. 1500 Sqm) with PCC base courses (1:4:8, 1:3:6, 1:2:4), Kota stone/Agra stone flooring (approx. 1100 Sqm), Cement Concrete paver block (M-30, 60 mm thick) flooring/footpaths, and 40 ft wide service road; polished granite stone flooring for ramps and staircases. (e) KIOSKS (15 Nos.): Design, fabrication, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of prefabricated PUF insulated sandwich-panel food kiosks (2440 x 1830 mm each) on MS tubular structural frame with RCC pedestal foundations, powder-coated aluminium glazed doors and casement windows, roller shutter fronts, HPL exterior cladding, anti-skid vitrified tile flooring, tiled/FRP false ceiling, stainless-steel service counter and sink, CPVC/PVC internal plumbing, complete electrical wiring/points, exhaust fans, LED signage and 500-litre overhead water storage tank per kiosk, laid out in a single row with 4 ft spacing between units, all complete as per architectural drawings. (f) ANCHOR UNITS (2 Nos.): Construction of RCC-framed/load-bearing Anchor Units (approx. 1500 Sft each; kitchen, dining area for 20 covers, store, toilet, hand-wash) including RCC works, brick masonry, English brick-face/precast GRC architectural finishes, aluminium framed glazed doors/windows, anti-skid vitrified tile flooring, false ceiling, internal water supply and sanitary installation, power wiring and fixtures, overhead water storage tank, and outdoor tensile shade structures with associated seating furniture. (g) GUARD ROOMS / TICKET COUNTERS (4 Nos.): Design, fabrication, supply and erection of prefabricated glazed guard room/ticket counter cabins (approx. 8 ft x 8 ft) on GI steel frame with PUF panel walls, toughened glass glazing, HPL cladding, insulated roof panel, vinyl/anti-skid flooring, LED lighting and electrical points, located at the parking lot as per approved layout. (h) TOILET BLOCK: Construction of RCC-framed Toilet Block (approx. 900 Sft) with male, female and divyang-friendly (disabled) toilets, complete architectural finishes, internal water supply and sanitary installation, power wiring, RCC underground septic tank (3-compartment, 50,000 litre capacity), RCC underground water tank (37,500 litre capacity), soak pit (39,200 litre capacity), rooftop solar panel provision, and overhead polyethylene water storage tanks. (i) EXTERNAL ELECTRICAL & LIGHTING: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of complete electrical system including HT/LT panels, sub-station, power and control cabling/wiring, earthing, distribution boards, switchgear, statutory approvals and commissioning; decorative outdoor/street lighting system with hot-dip galvanized poles (6-9 m), LED luminaires, underground armoured cabling, covering entrance plaza, walkways, food court plaza, parking, service roads, landscaped zones, amphitheatre and ramps. (j) WATER SUPPLY & SEWERAGE: Drilling, developing, testing and commissioning of one bore well (200 mm dia, upto 76.2 m depth) with casing, gravel packing and yield testing; underground sewerage network in uPVC/SWR pipes connecting all kiosks, anchor units, toilet block and service buildings to brick masonry inspection chambers/manholes and thence to the septic tank and soak pit; disposal of excavated earth. (k) LANDSCAPING & SITE FURNITURE: Turfing/grassing, tree and shrub plantation, trenching, manuring and lawn maintenance for the landscape green patch (approx. 1000 Sqm); supply and installation of outdoor-grade dining tables, chairs and community seating (approx. 180 chairs, 20 tables) with tensile fabric shade structures on galvanized steel framework; supply, installation and commissioning of a bronze/FRP statue of General Zorawar Singh with pedestal, foundation and landscaping; GI chain-link and stainless-steel railings/fencing as shown on drawings. (l) MISCELLANEOUS: Reinforced cement concrete, structural steel, centering/shuttering, plastering and all allied civil, structural, architectural, MEP, waterproofing, fire-fighting and HVAC (where applicable) works; testing, commissioning and successful final handover of the fully functional Street Food Hub facility, including independent technical vetting of the detailed engineering proposal/design/drawings by a competent Government/National Institute prior to commencement of execution, all complete as per RFP, drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
