RCC M20 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls , sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications. Finishing the top of the roof with one course of Machine Pressed Tiles of size 23x23x2 cm of approved quality laid in CEMENT MORTAR 1:3(One cement and three sand) 12 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar,red oxide, etc., complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and th.en sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete]. The Putty should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work. (Based on SoR 2024-25)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Providing Granolithic floor finish with CC 1:2:4 using 10-12mm hbg jelly 25mm Thick Including cost and Conveyance of all materilas Charges etc complete

Ceramic tiles flooring laying with new ceramic tiles of size 300x300x6 mm laid in C M 1:3 inculding cost of white cement and labour charges etc

Dadooing with glazed tiles of size 150x150x6mm including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

CC 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal including all charges complete

Distembering two coats with best approved distember including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Exterior Emulsion two coats with best approved Plastic Emulsion including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Painting two coats over new iron works using ready mixed enamel paint including cost and all labour charges etc complete.

Wiring with 2x1.5(22/0.3) sqmm PVC unsheathed SC Copper conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with T.W. switch box with 5amps F.T. switch in flush with wall covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wireconnection of 14 SWG wire for cocealed Light point/fan point (5 points per coil) [ SD No. 24 ]

Wiring with 2x1.5(22/0.3) sqmm PVC unsheathed SC Copper conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with 150×100×113mmTW switch box for 5A - 3 pin- non inter locking CS plug Including pin top with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for concealed PVC Plug Point [SD NO 37 ]

Supplying and fixing of water tight Bulk head fitting with guard (Philips/bajaj/crompton/Klite) suitable for incandescent lamp and 60W bulb . [ SI 85 ]

Supply and fixing of Metre Board on suitable T.W.box with earth connection only.[SD no.125]
