Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc, including excavation for sockets, depth up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated materials, returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layers by ramming, watering etc., stacking serviceable material for measurements and disposal of unserviceable material as directed, within a lead of 50m : Hard rock (blasting prohibited) for Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. but not exceeding 300 mm dia.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Cement concrete pavement with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete.

Extra for making chequers of approved pattern on cement concrete floors, steps, landing, pavements etc.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, Single socketed pipes 110 mm diameter

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

Dismantling C.I. or asbestos rain water pipe with fittings and clamps including stacking the material within 50 metres lead : 100 mm dia pipe

Providing and filling the joints with spun yarn, cement slurry and cement mortar 1:2 ( 1 cement : 2 fine sand) in S.C.I./ C.I. Pipes : Upto 150 mm dia pipe

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete : above 50mm nominal bore

Making connection of drain or sewer line with existing manhole including breaking into and making good the walls, floors with cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cement plastered on both sides with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and making necessary channels for the drain etc. complete : For pipes 100 to 250 mm diameter

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Hire charges of construction safety net of size 5m x30m, made up of Polyster with border tie cord rope of 12mm, inside mesh rope of 8mm and mesh size of 100x100mm including one time transportation and installation at site etc all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Shifting of construction safety net to another place in same building etc all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Removing plants grown on building upto nine storey height,on South side of building where scaffolding is provided, including taking proper precautions, safety etc, applying acid and filling the holes by cement mortar etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Disposal of waste / malba by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (trip of one brass ie 2.83 Cum)

Repairs to top layer of existing water proofing treatment as detailed below: (a) Dismantling the top layer of damaged waterprrofing treatment, cleaning the surface with wire brush, broom and applying bonding coat as per the manufacturer specifications etc (b) Applying a base coat of cement slurry using 2.75kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. (c) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3mm deep. (D) Curing the surface for seven days. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Clearing off all civil scrap material accumulated at terrace and corridors from building including sorting and stacking of serviceable material at specified space within building and disposing off scrap outside building as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Taking out GI pipe line, and reconnection over brick pillar of size 230x230x300mm at every 2.5m c/c including making connection with water tank via hose pipe etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Attending leakages in PVC water tank including disconnecting, emptying the tank and reparing by PVC welding and replacing in position, making all connections, checking etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge. Capacity 2001 lit to 5000 lit

Providing, laying and jointing of Eco drain pipe conforming to IS:16098 of (M/S Supreme Co or equivalent) including necessary sockets and ruber rings (SN4) etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.a) 110 mm outer diametre Type B.

Providing and fixing in position tarpulin of 120GSM with arrangement of holes to tie over the AC sheet roofing including taking proper precautions etc complete as directed.
