A-2 CCTV CAMERAS Providing and Installing 6 CCTV Cameras 4 Cameras for STP and 2 Cameras for MPS) complete as per satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge, within 96 hours of signing the Agreement along with 90 days recording (DVR), 32 inch LED Screen, 16 Channel DVR at STP Site and 8 Channel DVR at MPS Site with connectors, cables, poles and power supply with online real-time output facility. The cameras at both the sites i.e. MPS and STP shall be synchronized at STP. Cameras: i) At STP and MPS Site- 1 No. PTZ speed dome 360 degree 50X zoom camera, 3 No. 12mm lens size, 1 Nos. 3.6mm lens size. Make: - CP Plus Internet Protocol minimum 5MP WDR, Night vision colour mode 2.4.2 12mm very focal with extra IR, CCTV Cameras should be installed and commissioned before starting execution of work including operation and Maintenance of 5 Years. including 12 months defect liability period after 3 months trail run period. A - 4 Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, operation and Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of effluent quality monitoring system at 2.0 MLD STP for Online (Continuous) measuring of PH, total Suspended Solids (TSS) Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) by single analyzer with various sensors (spectral measurement in the UV-VIS range 200-720mm) performing reagent and chemical free analysis with automatic cleaning of censor, signal cables and power cable, local data acquisition and display the data of continuous basis for up linking the data of CPCB, HSPCB and PHED, TUV Board approved complete in all respect as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) guidelines for online continuous monitoring system for effluents and as contained in scope of work in the notice inviting tender: (a) Multi-parameter measuring converter, for connecting up to 18 intelligent sensor Scope including 8 analog inputs/Outputs (4 Inputs and 4 outputs) (o/4-20Ma), wide range power supply optical COD/BOD and TSS probe with spectral processing of the UV-VIS range for measurement plant of 2.00 MLD STP with integrated with automatic cleaning. (b) Robust digital pH/ORP sensor for pH/ORP electrodes, with built-in pre-amplifier and temperature sensor with Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) Cable length 100 Meter (minimum). A-1 SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT Design, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of 2.00 MLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant based on Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) Technology complete in all respect including Landscaping MCC Panel room and all other contingent Electrical, Mechanical, Electromagnetic Flow Measurement Device (at Inlet, Outlet and Bypass), Real Time Water Quality Monitoring with Data Collection System(Online analyzer), Piping and Instrumentation works. With PLC and SCADA Arrangement for STP along with Synchronizing it with each other including furniture and laboratory equipments as per detail given in the bid document and including following components including OandM of 6 years including 12 months defect liability period after 3 months trail run period. (i) 2 No. High Mast of 9 mtr GI Octagonal pole of 4 mm thickness (T=100 mm, B=200mm, Base Plate = 320 x 320 x 20 mm), Window at 500 mm from Base Plate with 6 No. LED energy outdoor suitable size reputed make efficient lamps on each pole, including 20 no. LED outdoor lights with GI poles 7 mtr high including all accessories along the road and path complete in all respect. (ii) Supply and installation of 1 No. Main Gate of (MS) 12 ft. wide main gate and 4 ft. wide wicket gate (total weight not less than 500 kg) at STP site. as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (iii) Providing and Construction of Sludge drying bed 3 nos. (2 no. working and 1 Standby) including construction of internal drains, laterals, coarse media complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge within lead as posited as clause 4.4.5 of NIT including operation and maintenance of 6 years including 12 months defect liability period after 3 months trail run period. (iv) Providing and installation of 3 nos. pumping sets of suitable size (2 working and 1 standby) with head 20 mtrs. in chlorination tank to disposed off the treated effluent including all fittings, instrumentations, electric panel board etc. as per design complete in all respect including operation and maintenance of 6 years including 12 months defect liability period after 3 months trail run period. including OandM

A-5 Supply and installation of 2 Nos. mechanical course screens in existing MPS of minimum length 6 mtr for 2.00 MLD average flow with peak factor of 3.0 (including conveyor belt system complete in all respects) AT MPS.

A - 3 Construction of HT / LT Panel room, PLC room, blower room and Lab cum office building including doors, window and fitting with toilet block including sanitary fittings etc. as per drawing attached in DNIT at STP site covered area with RCC framed structure of brick work vitrified glaze tiles flooring, powder coated aluminum frame of size 100mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for chowkhat frame, 75mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for door frame, 45mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for window frame, 5mm thick glass AIS/Saint Gobin/Modi Float, covered area 250 sqm.
