   Tender Condition: Packing Instructions PACKING MARKING : Packing should be as per governing Specification for safe delivery of consignment. Manufacturer to mark their name and date of manufacture as per tender specification and drawing, wherever indicated, or at a location where it may not get obliterated in service on the item being supplied by them against the purchase order.

We understand that the offers of all such sister concerns including ours are liable to be rejected as per relevant provisions of IRS terms and conditions.
