Monitoring: 24x7 continuous monitoring of auto / manual operation of the automated centralized water SCADA system including ensuring smooth operation except manual operation of valves at site at various locations and preventive maintenance of all the items of the system unless otherwise specified in Anushaktinagar, Mumbai as indicated in specification, scope of work and instructions of Engineer in charge.

Comprehensive maintenance of following items as indicated in specification, scope of work and instructions of Engineer in charge:

Valve actuators Note: 1. To be carried out by OEM/Authorised service provider. 2. Preventive servicing of valve actuators and actuator panels to be carried out once in a year during the contract period.

3 KVA UPS, (Vertiv Model:GXT RT +3KVA) involving carrying out routine checking, preventive maintenance after every 06 months and unlimited number of service calls in case of break down. Contract includes labour, repair, maintence service and changing of faulty parts of UPS such as inverter transformer, contactors, capacitor, input chokes, batteries etc. Note: On failure UPS batteries will be provided by Department.

Contract includes labour, repair, maintence service and changing of faulty parts of UPS such as inverter transformer, contactors, capacitor, input chokes, batteries etc. Note: On failure UPS batteries will be provided by Department.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following items in case of failure of existing equipment / component beyond repair or for additional work including integration with system, wiring etc as required all as per standards, specification and instruction of Engineer In Charge. Decision of the Engineer In Charge in the matter shall be final and binding.

Solenoid valve: Type - Internal pilot Diaphragm operated / direct acting high orifice, Media - Water, Media temperature - Ambient, Operating Presure - 0.5-10 bar (g) / 0-10 bar(g), Orifice - NW=12 mm / NW - 10 mm, Solenoid Voltage - 24V DC, Seat Material - HYTREL / NBR, Body material - SS / Brassm, Weather proof protection as required. Make - AVCON.

MBBV:Motorized ball valves of M/s Johnson/York make, size 15 to 20 mm and pressure rating 15.0 kg/sq.cm, torque 6 NM, valve opening time 72-144 sec, SS body, supply: 24V AC 50 Hz as required.

Pressure Switches: Pressure switches range 0-10 kg/cm2 switch element- 1 SPDT contact rated 10 A , Enclosure- weather proof, IP 66, Max working temperature- 70 degree C, differential- 0.3 to 1.3 Kg/cm sq, maximum working pressure- 25 kg/cm sq., cable entry connection- 1/2 NPTF, sensing element- SS bellows with brass welded parts.

PRESSURE TRANSMITER model similar to SIEMENS 7MF 1570-1DA01-Z+C11, Range- 0-4 meters water head, cable length- 10 meters minimum, accessories such as junction box, cable hanger, output signal- 4-20 mA, power supply: 10-36 V, seal diaphragm: SS 316L, enclosure-stainless steel, gasket-Viton, PE cable, IP 68 degree of protection.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following components of PLC panels/actuator panels in case of failure of existing components beyond repair or for additional work including integration with system, wiring etc as required all as per standards, specification and instruction of Engineer In Charge. Model of PLC shall be as indicated or equivalent or superior as per preferred make of materials. New model shall not be obsolete or end of life or end of support by OEM. Decision of the Engineer In Charge in the matter shall be final and binding.
