M & L for Preparing of old black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with mechanical blower or brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer of paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 5 Kg per ten Sqm over bituminous surface using pressure sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to pot holes not exceeding one sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth making good by applying tack coat @ 5kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-30, putting in and including premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm using bitumen grade VG-30, binded with 0.09cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed depth of pot holes exceeding 30 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced WBM surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all specified directed at site.

M&L applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10 kg per 10 sqm of paving bitumen grade VG-30 over WBM surface using pressure sprayer complete all specified directed at site.

Premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less of Premix bituminous macadam ) using crushed stone aggregate with binder (paving bitumen VG- 30) with 4% by weight of total mix laid with hydrostatic mechanical paver /sensor paver as per required, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber to smooth uniform surface with 8 to 10 tonne tandem vibratory road rooler to achieved desired compaction all as specified in particular specifications. Note:- (i) The quoted rate shall be worked out on the basis of binder contents (bitumen VG-30) of 4% by weight of total mix. (ii) Work shall be executed as per design mix as approved by GE and less bitumen shall be deducted from the quoted rate.

M & L for Providing Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with minimum 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen (VG -30), laid with hydrostatic mechanical paver/ sensor paver as per required, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber to smooth uniform surface with 8 to 10 tonne tandem vibratory road rooler to achieved desired compaction all as specified in particular specifications. Note :- (i) Work shall be executed as per design mix as approved by GE. (ii) The binder content specified is minimum. Any variation in binder content during design mix at site/plant on plus side shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to the Government. (iii) Cement shall be used as filler at a minimum of 2% by weight of total mix. In the event of variation in the mix design in the percentage of filler content on plus side. nothing extra shall be paid. (iv) Work shall be executed as per design mix as approved by GE and less bitumen shall be deducted from the quoted rate.

M & L for preparing the new bituminous surfaces by removing or cleaning of all dirt,scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc and providing 2.5 mm (minimum) thick and width as per required hot thermoplastic paint (Retro reflective type) for road marking in white/yellow shade by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine,fitted with profile shoe,gun , beads dispenser, propane tank,heaters and profile shoe,heaterdriven by skilled operator on road surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) Road marking work shall be carried out accordance with manufacture's instructions and specification shall be done as per particular specification. (ii) Refer MORTH specification of para 803.4.2.1 and 800.4.2.2 on bituminous surface/surfaces in white colour or yellow colour and super imposed with glass beads confirming to BS 6088 and MORTH specification para 803.4.3.3

Supply and fixing in repair solar delinator fixed on pedestal 400mm X 400mm X 600mm of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggrgate duly anchored in ground on various locations with palstering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 finished with white washing three coat after preparation of surface complete as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed . Note : Make : dark eye cat part No DA-112, or make equivalent as per appendix B

Supply and fix in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd, bright LED 3 Nos each side, off load capacity 20 tonne completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed Make : Dark eye cat part -Dhruv DA-110, Greenlite cat part No GPL-03-01 SRS BN or equivalent as per appendix B

S & F in repair Traffic Mirror (Convex) 800mm dia, made out of ABS or Fibre or Plastic body fixed in position with mild steel post of 75mm dia with 6mm thick mild steel base plate 100mm dia , 1.0m high embeded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in block of size 300mmx300mmx600 mm duly anchored in ground on various location and after finishing with plaster 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and three coat of white wash including preparation of surface and on mild steel portion, two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to exposed surfaces with imported outdoor Polycarbonate convex mirror of 800mm diameter with 130 degree plus actual viewing angle equipped with adjusting swivel and mounting bracket for infinite adjustment.complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Dark eye cat part No CM/04(I) or equivalent make as per appendix B.

Removing old road sign boards any type and size and taking on credit with provision of new Informatory Road sign Boards of size as directed by the GE made of 3 mm thick aluminium sheet with HIGH INTENSITY PRISMSTIC RETRO REFLECTIVE SHEETING on both sides of colour and letters of appropriate size as directed by the Engr-in-Charge as per IRC specifications, and as per type-III of ASTMD 4956-01 and IRC-67-2001 in Silver white letters and signages fixed on SS Pipe of 75 mm dia (02 Nos) and base plate (150 x 150 x 3.15) mm at the bottom with overall height upto 3000 mm fixed on pedestal of size (300 300 x 600) mm of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) duly anchored in ground on various locations complete as per manufacturer's instructions and all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note: (a) Contractor shall quote his rate by considering the description of item as above. No other claim whatsoever on account of this will be allowed. (b) SS pipe including nuts and bolts will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) pipes and columns made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fittings the same with stainless steel nuts and bolts complete including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc of required size , on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed
