Material and labour for APP modified roof treatment over existing accessible RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge:- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.30 litre/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per litre at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface. (c) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gms/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap. Laying of membrane, Physical property of membrane shall be as under: (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160 gms/Sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450/sqcm at 230 degree Celsius. (v) Tear strength - longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250N. (vi) Elongation of reinforcement not less than 30%. (vii) Impermeability under water pressure not less than 3 Kg/Sqcm. (d) APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap.

Supply and fixing of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade having cross-sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core as per IS-7098 Part-I, XLPE insulated Aluminium conductor heavy duty served with an inner sheathing PVC tape galvanized steel strip or wire armoured with an overall PVC sheathing laid under ground, fixed along wall, through GI pipe under floor/Road including dismantling of existing service cable of any size from electric pole to building, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning for underground cable 8cm before laying the cable and 15cm after laying and stretching the cable laid and punned down to form a bed to a minimum 18 cm thickness. The punning shall be done by hand complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge (NOTE:- Punned thickness of 18cm shall be considered for measurement purpose only)

Material and labour for well burned bricks, laid flat (old size) sub class B designation 75 for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for 40mm dia bore size galvanized steel water tubing pipe (light grade) for protection of cable including suitable size clamps with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors/fixed to poles/or passing under road crossing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for cutting the PCC floor/road/wall not less than 15cm in depth and 15cm in width for inserting GI pipe upto 40mm dia bore for cable protection and making good the disturbed wall/floor/road surface and matching with the existing surface specifications complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge (Note: PCC work for road repair work to be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ)

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) for road repair and levelling with existing surface of road/floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Note: The schedule of credit in Pdf format has been attached with tender and amount of credit schedule i.e. Rs 11,90,883.00 shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
