(Note: 2 run of 4 Sqmm cable and 1 run of 4 Sqmm cable along with conduit all together shall be measured as one unit.)

Supply, laying and testing of XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable, with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size 50 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches / floor or fixed on wall /pole with brass compression cable glands, terminal lugs etc, including taking out/down old cablecomplete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay GI tubing 25mm bore light grade for cable protection and fixing to the existing pole with flat iron clamp 25x 3mm including nut bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading fine dry river sand for cushing to UG cable including spreading levelling and hand punning etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub class 'B' old size bricks laid in trenches for cable protection laid flat width wise along the length of cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ceiling fan complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulators and accessories, 230 volts, 1200mm sweep, minimum air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE, five star rated with bushless direct current motor ( BLDC) complete all as specified and directed. S&F Exhaust fans AC single phase 230/ 240 V ,50 Hz metallic heavy body of size 300 mm sweep, 900 RPM with louver fixing with 4 no hold fastener nut and bolt with washer and connecting with flexiable PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm including civil work opening on wall and making good surface complete all as specified and directed. (Make-USHA, Model-300MM S.PH TURBO HDEF 900 RPM or equivalent model of make Havells/Bajaj /Crompton)

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level sorrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt fliing in alternate layers etc and connected to and including galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm upto 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected by light grade 20 mm dia GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, charcoal salt etc RCC pit cover flush to earth pit 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm TMT bar 100mmC/C and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) including earthwork disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 with and including demolition of old earthing..
