Routine maintenance consisting of normal repairs with periodical routine maintenance and testing of 62.5 KVA DG Set complete of following ( i,e. Engine, alternator etc under GE 867 EWS all including consumables items like cotton waste cloth kerosene oil etc. Maintenance will be carried out as and when ordered in writing by Engineer-in-Chare of maintenance schedule, complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for Reconditioning and reconnecting of AMF panel in Various type of DG set including removing of rust particles ad corrotion/ carbon from panel connected items likepower contactor, CTs, MCCB/ MCBs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in Replacement of Off load Change over switch 4 pole, 415 Volt, 100 Ams capacity including all incomming and outgoing electric connectios, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair of three phase and neutral submain wiring with four single core PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor cable (FRLS), 1100 volts grade of size 10 Sqmm (nominal area) each and one single core 10 Sqmm (nominal area) as earth continuity conductor drawn into PVC casing capping, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: (i) Rates for PVC casing capping with accessories are deemed to be included in the unit rate.
