RequiredEMD in the form of Treasury Challan/ Deposit at Call Receipt/ FDR/Account payee Demand Draft /Bank Guarantee of any Scheduled Bank / e-transfer through bharatkosh.gov.in by selecting urban development and poverty alleviation, under EMD head by further selecting PAO- 043144,PAO(NDZ), CPWD, MOUD, New Delhi. (Note-EMD Should be in favour of Executive Engineer, CVPD-2, CPWD, NEW DELHI)
RequiredCopy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD (The EMD document shall be issued from the place in which the office of receiving division office is situated).
RequiredCopy of GST Registration Certificate of the state in which the work is to be taken up, if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration in the state in which the work is to be taken up,or as required by GST authorities then in such a case the bidder shall scan and upload following under taking along with other bid documents. If work is awarded to me, I/We shall obtain GST registration certificate of the state, as per NIT pg. no . 4 to 5
RequiredCopy of enlistment order of CPWD contractor in appropriate class (Building and Road) category.
RequiredCopy of PAN Card
RequiredValid Electrical Contractor License or undertaking that they will either obtain valid electrical license at the time of execution of electrical work or associate the contractor having valid electrical license of appropriate class. (Undertaking Form Enclosed Pg.07)
RequiredAdditional following Mandatory Documents has to be submitted at the time of Bid by tenderer (for Audio Conference System).
Required(a) Authorization certificate from OEM.
Required(b) Undertaking from OEM for this work to unconditionally support the lowest tenderer technically throughout the execution and comprehensive maintenance contract for the useful life of the system.
Required(c) Undertaking from OEM for this work, providing all spares required for healthy functioning of the equipment for at least Five years from the date of supply of equipment.
RequiredNote- The lowest bidder is required to produce original document on or before or at the time of submission of performance Guarantee Money which are uploaded by the bidder at the time of bid submission otherwise Performance Guarantee Money shall not be accepted and EMD shall be forfeited.
