Taking down carefully of any type point wiring light fans socket complete fitting such as switchs, ceiling roses, pendent, regulator, sockets etc removing material and making good disturbed surface of wall floor etc complete all as direct by Engr -in -charge.

M&L Point wiring complete with ISI marked 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through in and including medium grade suitable size PVC conduit and accessories concealed in wall suitable for terminal boxes for fixing modular switches, sockets etc including suitable size modular plates concealed in walls and 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor as earth continuity to connect common earth dolly complete for One light point controlled by one 5 Amps one way switch. NOTE: The quoted rate shall deemed to include for modular cover plates with frame of any colour and metal flush boxes of any type and size. M&L for cleaning the street light poles of any height including GI pipe for street light fitting and any description, cleaning thoroughly with cleaning agent including scrapping up of old corroded paint dirt/dust/ rust carefully and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide metal primer paint before 01 Day of aluminium painting, and marking of zebra crossings up to a height of 1.5m above the coping with black and yellow strips of synthetic enamel paint including writing of pole numbers and two coats of black synthetic enamel paint on PCC coping complete all as directed. Taking down Ceiling fan/Exhaust fan/Wall mounted/Industrial fan of any type , make and sweep dismantling, cleaning greasing/ overhauling, adjustment of down rod including replacement of rubber, bolt & nuts etc including spray painting two coats of spray painting and refixing in existing position complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rewinding of fan motor of any make/sweep of ceiling fan, exhaust fan any dia, including removal of existing burn't winding carefully from slots, cleaning the slots with cleaning agents,and rewinding with super enameled copper wire of same guage/ type, varnishing including replacement of bearing, bushes etc., complete all as directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip of 25x4mm (upto 7.5 M in length from earth plate) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5, connected to earthing test point all as specified including earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber and RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 40 mm thick, with 8 mm dia steel deformed (TMT bars) reinforcement at 150mm c/c both ways, 40 mm dia GI light grade pipe for earth lead protection, 20 mm dia GI light grade pipe for watering , water funnel, testing point etc., complete all as specified and testing on completion.
