Charges for cutting and removal of existing corroded / worn out toe guard, MS grills, MS channel, GI angle in door frame & Hot rolled sheet in fan stack door in cooling tower-I and placing the scrap materials outside the fan stack area.

Charges for Leading and lowering the scrap materials (safety hand rails, MS grills, toe guard, GI angle in door frame & Hot rolled sheet in fan stack door) from Cooling Tower floor to ground level. Loading, transporting and devolution of scrap materials at Central stores.

Charges for cutting of corroded safety hand rails (G.I pipes 40 mm dia) and replacing it by new one by using 40 mm dia G.I. pipe, heavy duty Class ‘B’ conforming to IS specifications in fan stack area of cooling tower-I cutting of new pipes as per the site condition, fabrication, laying charges of pipe, welding charges and all labour charges lead & lift etc., complete.

Charges for removing the G.I. door structure embedded inside the concrete and fabrication of stiffeners on the sides of the door frame to required dimension using G.I pipe, welding with reinforced rod and fixing the G.I. door structure with the concrete.

Charges for Petty Iron Works for Fabrication, erection of toe guard, G.I angle, G.I door frame to required size in the fan stack area, fabrication, drilling, bolt, fixing, tightening the G.I. bolt with Hot rolled sheet and assembling with fan door frame along with hinges, tower bolt for doors & Plate for door locking.

Charges for fabrication of new MS grill of size 550 x 780 mm using MS flat of 6 mm thickness (vertical width is 20 mm & horizontal width is 20 mm and to be stich welded on all four sides for each segment) to required size which includes all labour & transportation charges.

Charges for renewal of new fabricated MS Grill by positioning, fixing & welding inside the fan stack area which includes welding charges.

Drilling of 10 mm dia holes in the concrete to the required depth for fixing tower bolts for locking the CT ID fan doors at the bottom portion including hire & transportation charges for drilling machine.

Charges for painting with two coats Of Yellow/ black paint on handrails in safety grills inside Fan stack area and sea green enamel on the fan door and its frame in cooling tower-I.

Cost of MS flat of 6 mm thickness, Material: IS 2062 for Sl.No.6 ( Size 20mm width -71 kgs, 40 mm width – 152 Kgs)

Cost of Hot rolled sheet 3.15mm Thickness, Material: IS 2062 for Sl.No.5,Make: SAIL/TATA/ JINDAL.

Cost of 40 mm dia GI pipe ‘B' class, Make: TATA/ JINDAL.

Cost of Yellow Enamel for Sl.No.9( Make: Asian Paints).

Cost of Black Enamel for Sl.No.9 (Make: Asian Paints).

Cost of Thinner for Sl.No.9(Make: Asian Paints).

Cost of Enamel Sea green paint for Sl.No.9 (Make: Asian Paints).
